  • Awesome!

"I HIGHLY recommend this VRBO! The photo's don't do it justice. Before you even enter you'll want to sit on the front porch & glide! The home is clean, inviting, & has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! It is in an EXCELLENT location & we enjoyed walking nearly everywhere. The owners are so friendly & easy to work with & they obviously want you to enjoy your stay. The queen bed was incredibly comfortable! The back patio is relaxing. The only negative was that the downstairs tv wasn't working properly (which we didn't really need anyway...you're in New Orleans after all!) However, having direct tv didn't allow us to watch the local stations....which means no Saints game! Just had to find a sports bar! :) I hope to stay here again.....SOON!"

  • A home well suited for a crowd.

"We had a group of 7 staying in the house. We found the place to be in perfect condition an well fitted with all of the things needed to feel right at home. The connect was easy and the place surpassed our other experiences. Will be going back."

  • Perfect spot!

"This place was perfect for our needs. Charming railroad apartment close to everything. Off the beaten path so it was quiet when we needed it to be. We didn't rent a car because everything was so convenient. We found a treasure in Le Coquette on magazine street for Sunday brunch. Found out after we ate it was an Emeril restaurant. Should have lnown. Food was excellent!"

  • Quiet place to relax.

"This was a very comfortable one bedroom mobile home "cabin." The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The deck faced into the sun so it was quite hot in the afternoon and not good for sitting out. However, once the sun was lower in the sky, it was nice. The sunsets were great to watch. There was one "cabin" beside ours that had shade on the deck all day. There were many flying bugs around on the first morning, but after we visited some other places on the lake, we realized that this is common for the lake. Bring binoculars to watch the herons and coots. All in all, this is a very comfortable and quiet destination."
