"Just got back from a week at this house. House was immaculate and very comfortable. It's on the quiet side of MDI which was nice. Only about a 20minute drive to bar harbor. Was well stocked with all the necessities. Would definitely recommend! Great communication with management(Greg)"

"Our family had an unforgettable vacation at The Punch Bowl. The accommodations are lavishly outfitted, comfortable and generous; the natural beauty of the private peninsula is so singularly special; and the love and history of the seafaring family is wonderfully palpable. We swam in the cove, took out canoe and kayak, saw the resident bald eagle and other wildlife, picnicked in the ping-pong house and held a tournament, cooked lobster on the outdoor burners, lounged on the porch, and watched every sun set. It was everything we hoped our mini reunion would be."

"Cove Cottage is the perfect getaway. It is well appointed and comfortable, with all the amenities one needs. The accomodation is quiet, and far from the crowds and traffic of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The local area is fun to explore, and the activity of the lobster boats in the harbor is fascinating. We highly recommend this cottage and plan to return."

"My wife and I vacation in Blue Hill, ME every year, so I can attend a chamber music workshop at Kneisel Hall. A few years ago, we agreed that the dormitory life at Kneisel Hall was not for us. We've tried a few places to stay with limited success. Our priorities are quiet, comfortable accommodations and distance to Kneisel Hall. This year we discovered Garaj Mahal and it was a great experience. It met the criteria above and then some. My wife is a nature lover and artist and the Salt Pond was a source of great pleasure for her, including swimming in it.
Maureen and Steve are a pleasure to deal with, in addition to the physical attributes of their place. We recommend it highly."
