"My husband and I stayed at this great house from late September into early December 2014. We wanted a warm, inviting house to have an empty nest experience and watch the fall colors wash over Maine. Our time here was really terrific and this house fulfilled our wishes. We had guests sprinkled throughout our stay and there was always plenty of room and everyone exclaimed how comfortable the beds were.
The kitchen is amazing and incredibly well appointed. If you need it, it's in there! A Viking Stove and butcher block countertops made cooking Thanksgiving dinner with visiting family members truly joyous. We invited new Camden friends to dinner and ended up hosting dinner for 16 people, and we all fit (snugly) in the dining/kitchen area. It felt like home....but better!
The location cannot be beat! Walk into town easily for tasty dinners, fun shopping, a really great library or to stroll through the harbor. Walk a block in the opposite direction and you're at Laite Beach and park where you can have fun with kids and dogs, or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the evening sun change the color of the water.
Any issue we had was quickly and cheerfully attended to by Kate. We would be delighted to stay here again!
The only people who I would not recommend this house to is someone who is unable to navigate stairs. There is not a downstairs bedroom, though in a pinch, they could sleep on the couch because there is a downstairs bathroom."

"This was our second year at Wicked Cute, and it was as wonderful as our first time last year. There is such a peace on Norton Pond! Rented Kayaks from Duck Trap(wonderful guy to work with) again and enjoyed Norton and the bigger Lake. Went sightseeing a little more this year and there is a wealth of places to visit, but it is always great to head back to Wicked Cute and that amazing view! Really enjoyed the farmers markets and the varied things they have."

"What a perfectly inviting home only a short stroll into town! I stayed there with my mother, sister and 2 year old daughter and there was plenty of room. We loved enjoying a cup of tea on the front porch and the ease of walking into town. The neighbors were super friendly and we overall had a great time. Thank you so much for a wonderful week in your lovely town."

"My boyfriend and I wanted a peaceful little place out in the country, and this was perfect. It's back on a dirt road, so we saw few cars and woke up only to birdsong. Camden is only a 15 minute drive away, though, so we were able to drive to town for fresh fish whenever we felt like it. And with the fully equipped kitchen that was just the right size for two people, we cooked a lot. I'd say the kitchen is the real star of this cabin, although with two porches for watching the trees go by, skylights and windows everywhere for great lighting, and a nice little sound system we kept going almost all weekend, it's hard to choose. We had a fabulous time at an equally fabulous price. I would recommend Sive's cabin in a flash, and we will almost certainly be coming back. A well-deserved five stars."
