"Our family came to New Harbor from the San Francisco Bay Area for a family wedding. The house is big and very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked so we could have a large group of family members for breakfast. We all sat out in the sunshine on the deck enjoying the endless green lawns sweeping from "our house" to the neighbor's house. Lovely spot, and the experience was a bonding one for our family! Thank you."

"Arriving at Linekin Chapel was such a treat! We felt like we had entered a five star B&B. Jason and Kristin had attended to every detail including a lovely fruit platter and bottle of wine in the fridge. The chapel was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location is quiet and minutes from Ocean Point and popular attractions on the Boothbay peninsula. We highly recommend!"

FANTASTIC! The photos don't do it justice! No sir!
"We had time to take a break from our tourist business to head Downeast for a bit and this was just what the doctor ordered. First - the cottage is IMMACULATE! Everything we needed and more. The deck is a sun scoop and we had lovely weather to enjoy some apps and refreshments. The fenced in little yard was perfect for our Dachshunds, one of whom found 2 tennis balls, he was in heaven! The pleasant beach/point area was quiet and relaxing. I wish we had time for a few days, maybe next year. Billy provided us with chairs and we hiked out to the point and read our books with just the sound of of the tide coming in. Our little Doxies loved exploring the rocks. Next time, a longer stay as work allows!
We live on a sailboat in the winter and work renting sailboats and teaching in Maine in the summers so it was a treat to enjoy the coast albeit briefly without having the phone ring. Someday, we'll be able to sail the coast and not worry about work, for now, this is our spot!
We brought our own linens and towels, although they were supplied, and hopefully left it as spotless as we found it for the next visitors. Why? Out of respect for the care that someone is putting into this property. Thanks very much Mr. Krott and Billy!"

"You know you've stayed somewhere truly special when you keep thinking about it, talking about it, and missing it days after you've left. The Lincolnville Beach apartment is a perfect vacation retreat. The apartment is quite spacious, light and bright, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with a full kitchen, satellite TV, and sound system. Plus the view is incredible. We loved looking out from the large windows in the living room to watch the sun rising over the ocean each day. We enjoyed the cute little beach store 2 doors down that sells breakfast sandwiches, subs, ice cream, coffee, etc. And you can’t beat being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops so close by. The beach itself is amazing—especially at low tide. My 3-year old had a blast finding hermit crabs and starfish amongst the rocks. The owner George was so helpful answering questions over the phone and email leading up to our arrival. We were very sad to leave the apartment and Lincolnville Beach after our wonderful week!"
