"This lovely cottage boasts of beautiful views of the cove. As soon as we (5 adult siblings) arrived, we quickly felt at home. The layout worked perfect for our family with a split floor plan. Pam had all the amenities one would need for a vacation. Daily we took a walk down to the water to watch the sunset. The location is perfect, close to Pemaquid Lighthouse, restaurants, kayaking, as well as town for shopping, etc. Hope to be back."

Nice, comfortable and unconventional house near the Maine coast
"We were travelling with two adults and a boy (14) and enjoyed our stay at the Souler house. The location is quiet and at night it gets almost completely dark, yet Wiscasset is near enough. We missed sitting outside, though, because there is no real terrace. It is not easy to find hiking trails either; a map or some descriptions of nearby walks would come in handy."

A step back in time with great views and some modern conveniences
"This is an incredible home and I recommend it for a launching pad for exploring the mid coast of Maine. Worlds away from civilization while being close enough (10 minutes) for groceries, restaurants and sightseeing... Stayed here for a wedding weekend and wish I had more time and more of my family with me to enjoy the home, farm and salt water. It's a neatly preserved old Maine home with neat decorations and knick·knacks. Ideal for a romantic get away, family vacation or group of friends getting together to celebrate. It gets 4 out of 5 stars only because it did not have a shower (only a tub). Internet would be a bonus but you may want to get away. It does have satellite TV and movies for rainy day entertainment."

"The Lupine cottage, was more than we expected. The inside is well decorated and cozy, we fell in love with the view from the deck. It was a short walk to the harbor, and all the shops and restaurants. We would recommend the Lupine cottage to everyone. We hope to revisit again soon."
