"If you are looking for a peaceful setting on a lake yet minutes to downtown, this is your place! We were happily surprised to the fine the cottage bigger than expected with a full yard and our own dock and plenty of storage for the week. The cottage made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in the door.
We had a very relaxing week enjoying some kayaking/boating, fishing (nice small and largemouth bass were caught every day), BBQ'ing, reading, laying out in the sun and just enjoying listening to the loons. Thank you for a great vacation!"

"One of our best Maine vacations was just spent in Lincolnville Beach. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. With four restaurants within walking distance we had lots of food choices. Every morning we watched the sunrise on the bay from the large living room window-or by enjoying morning coffee on the benches at the public beach across the street. Days were packed full of site seeing at Acadia National Park, nearby Camden, miles of antiquing and shopping and a day trip to Reid State Park. Top it all off with a week of perfect weather and we had such trouble leaving for home!"

"If you're bound for mid-coast Maine and don't have to be on the water, this property offers a great central location great yard and tennis court for the kids (of any age) to play on, and biking to beach, bay, nature areas. Cozy/comfy house had everything we needed for our 2 adult, 2 children family. Endless activities included beach time, kayaking, festival at the Fort, lobster boat races, golf 10 minutes away, biking, tennis, swimming, hiking and a museum/window shopping day in Rockland. There are plenty of restaurants if you want to take a break from the well-stocked kitchen. We'd recommend the property to anyone!"

"We have been staying at various waterfront cottages along coastal Maine for the last 20 some years. This one was the cleanest and most well equipped. It was a nice touch to see a variety Maine artwork on the walls. There is plenty to do in the area… The Farnsworth and Transportation Museums, great restaurants, interesting shops and galleries. Plus we were in the middle of Wyeth country. The best part was coming back at the end of the day to this gem at the end of a secluded road."
