"My husband I were hoping to find a nice place to stay for our annual summer getaway. I never dreamed we would ever stay at a place so beautiful, so peaceful, so amazing as Atlantic Dreams! It was absolutely perfect--when we wanted to go into town (to shop or to go on a cruise or to eat out or...), it was a piece of cake to get there and back--quick, too. But we did a lot of just hanging out, playing board games, reading, and listening to the water. I cannot say enough about the deck! Leaning back in an Adirondack chair, watching sailboats pass by, lobstermen raise and lower their traps each day, birds, waves--perfect. Just watching the tide come in and out was fascinating to me. The kitchen is great, had everything we needed. Parking is a cinch. Scott was a dream to work with, too. Answered every question we had, sometimes almost immediately! If you are looking for an ultra-relaxing, absolutely beautiful place to enjoy your vacation, Atlantic Dreams is it!"

"We absolutely enjoyed the openness and spaciousness of this very well maintained home. This property caters well to folks of all ages, and especially to extended family gatherings. The setting was very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed walking, jogging, and biking. The kitchen is spacious and modern and allows many cooks. We especially enjoyed being able to ALL eat outside and to sleep with the windows open every night. The owner kindly provides an collection of local literature to local parks, restaurant, and attractions. There are many wonderful places to explore in the Bristol and South Bristol area. Day trips to Camden and Acadia seemed effortless with an early start. WIFI worked well - kept the kids from developing tech withdrawal. Would gladly return again! Lobsters take notice!"

"Our great experience started right with our initial contact. Kirsten was extremely helpful, very quick to reply and she answered every question completely (and we had a lot of them). Upon arrival we were met by Becky who made sure we had everything we needed. The personal touch was very much appreciated.
The cottage far exceeded our expectations, it was clean, well cared for and very well appointed with all the things you would ever need. The view out of the back either on the boat shaped deck or direct from the living room or kitchen table was breath taking. We could watch the seals frolic on the rocks in the Damariscotta River day or night and this became one of our favorite things to do.
The location for us worked out perfectly it was about 60 miles to Portland and about a 2 1/2 hour drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. There was a lot to do - from exploring the Pemaquid lighthouse to getting the freshest Loster cooked for you so you could bring it home to enjoy at Osiers Co-op (we went twice while we were there) we had great time in Maine and we loved staying at Becky and Kirsten's cottage. We highly recommend staying here if you can get a reservation. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have stayed there and met some very nice people along the way!"

"As someone who only rents houses that have a lot of reviews, I assume the reason this house doesn't have even more of them is because people don't want the secret to get out. It's a beautifully-decorated home with gorgeous views from the large patio and huge master bedroom. The other two bedrooms can still hear the waves well with their windows open. It's quiet and private (and has comfortable furniture in the art-filled living room), but close to Boothbay Harbor where you can catch all kinds of sightseeing boats. It's also near Ocean Point, which is stunning, and the East Boothbay General Store, which you'll find yourself going to repeatedly because the food (breakfast, lunch, or gourmet pizza for dinner) is actually great. Can't recommend it enough."
