"Lovely small cabin on top of a cliff over looking a beautiful bay. My husband and I had a few days here while our children were away at camp. It was perfect for us. Although there are a number of houses in the area the cabin felt quite private. Great food options in the area from lobster on the shore to award winning dining. Kayaking in the bay was wonderful. Only negative was the closeness of the regional airport."

"Had a wonderful relaxing time celebrating Mom's birthday with the whole famiy! The cottage was perfect and very easily accommodated the whole family. The owner was very helpful and attentive as we prepared for out reunion and helpful after we arrived. Some enjoyed kayaking some exploring the tidal pools and some just relaxed inside doing puzzles and playing games. Something for everyone! Only wish that we had more time to enjoy this beautiful and perfectly situated cottage. The time went by much too quickly. Look forward to returning sometime soon!"

"We stayed on the deck and steamed lobsters and drank wine every day. It was what we needed. Couldn't be better. Sorry we missed Jerry but his sister showed us the place and left us alone unless we needed anything. Plenty of places to buy live or cooked lobsters/rolls. We went out once for dinner at the Waterfront Restaurant. Really nice place. Be advised if you go there you will have to park on the street but its a short walk and worth it. The house was clean and everything worked as it should. No problems and an overall GREAT break from the real world. Tip. I would try to get past Wiscasset earlier or later to avoid the traffic. Maybe stay in Rockland Friday night before you arrive. Otherwise add an hour for traffic on Rt1 north bound at 1pm-5pm."
