"A great place to come and relax with family or friends! Unfortunately the carriage house was being renovated so the kids were not able to go play in there. Also the beach house was nice but no bathroom yet. The house is decorated nicely and well equipped. Our kids had a blast here playing on the beach and exploring. The house is nicely located near Rockland and Camden.....make sure you visit these nice towns! Owners are super nice and made sure we were comfortable."

"We had a perfectly grand time. The house is beautifully situated and was comfortable and thoughtfully supplied and furnished. We loved the dock, and the opportunity to get out on the water. All in all, great job, and may everyone else enjoy themselves as we've done."

"The location of Plummer Point was really nice. It is in the woods overlooking the river and it is also close to the town of Damariscotta with a huge grocery store, and two days of outside farmer's markets and a farm stand which is open every day for fresh veggies, etc. The house is comfortable both inside and out for reading, watching the lobster boats on the river, watching the many small birds on the feeder as well as the red squirrels and chipmunks checking out the fallen seeds. The screened in porch was nice for dinners outside without the bugs. And for our large group having a dishwasher was terrific. The teenagers loved the lodge for playing cards and being independent from the adults. We hiked the trails right outside our door, used the canoe and kayaks while watching the seals and terns. We found it was easier to launch the boats at high tide rather than haul them over the rocks at low tide. We bought great lobsters at Osiers in South Bristol near the swing bridge and sat on the deck at Coveside overlooking the marina and the osprey in the nest in the daymark which marks the ledge entering Christmas Cove. We explored the Pemaquid peninsula including the Pemaquid Beach, the lighthouse on Pemaquid Point, New Harbor where we took the Hardy boat to Monhegan Island for the day. We also took a Damariscotta River Cruise and learned about oyster farming on the river. This was a great place for an active family as well as for a group that wants to read, relax and commune with nature. It fit our family group of eight perfectly. It has something for everyone."

"My friends and I rented this place for the weekend. The house is really nice with a charming New England feel. Our friend was getting married in downtown Bath and we couldn't have asked for a better location – everything was conveniently located and extremely walkable. Togue (the owner) was very responsive and extremely accommodating. It was a pleasure working with her. We would all gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"
