"We stayed at this great house again for a ski weekend near Shawnee Peak after the blizzard of 2015. The house is nice, very clean and easily accommodates a large group. The house has everything you need and the owner is very responsive to any questions or needs. It is in a great location and just a short ride to the ski mountain. We will definitely be back again!"

"Lynch Lodge was the perfect setting during our time in the Rangeley area. After 24 years, I surprised my Mother with a trip to the area. I set up the visit at Lynch Lodge and have to say that it was simply perfect! It was in a quiet location, close to woods and lake, and provided us with a terrific place to stay. It was easy to find and close to so the many places we wanted to visit. We even found some distant relatives still lived in the area! Lynch Lodge was secure, homey, and so comfortable. It was a wonderful place to come back to each day to relax, make dinner, and have some of the best nights of sleep we'd had in a long time. There was a lot of information about the area that was kept in the house which was very helpful. We read through all of it! We went on several evening animal searches and using Carol's information on where to drive, and saw a total of 5 moose over our 5 day visit. It was fabulous! Thank you so much for contributing to our special Mother-Daughter weekend!"

"We have been going to the Eustis area for years and am so thankful that we found this home to stay in. In the past, we have stayed at the Spill Over Motel, which was great. But there is no comparison to having your own kitchen and much more room then a motel. The place is very charming and cozy, we really loved it. My 10 year set up his wild life camera and we have video of deer in the back yard which came out around 10:00 PM. We liked it that we were on a private dirt road, away from the main road, but there were a few neighbors in sight just in case you needed something, which we didn't. The lot is nice and private. I liked the location, since I didn't want to be way out in the woods. The place is spotless; the shower is roomy with plenty of hot water. There is a 'bear' theme throughout, which my kids loved. We fished for just a few hours in Flagstaff lake and used the pier at "Pines Market" which is an easy 5 miles north of the property. My sons caught some good sized togue type fish. You can find most anything you need there at that Pines Market. We did not 4 wheel from the property as we were not familiar with trails from that location; instead we headed to the Jim Pond area, which we knew better. If I were to ski Sugarloaf, I would definitely stay here, as it is, as reported, 6.8 miles from the entrance, which translates into just 6-7 minutes as the road is very good. We saw deer at the end of the road during the early AM hours. We were provided with a crock pot & coffee maker and assorted nice dishes and other cook ware as well as a gas grill, which worked great. There is a restaurant right at the entrance to the camp's road "Choplin House"?, but we did not get to try it. It looked like there was a nice pub in there too. It would be walking distance if the weather was favorable, maybe it is 3/10ths of a mile away. For good pizza and sandwiches head north for about a mile and look for the gas station on the left that looks like they would sell other things besides gas. The camp has wood wide pine floors, tongue and grove pine walls and ceilings and looks really good. During warmer weather there is a cute porch with a little TV. I would highly recommend staying here except if you want to stay the dates I want to go next October, and then please stay at the Spill Over :-). You won’t know what you are missing so we will both be happy. I have rented about 6- 8 times through VRBO and have always had great experiences, like w/ this one."

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. The house has been completely renovated and the grounds are immaculate. The porch is a wonderful spot for eating meals and relaxing after a day in the sun or on the water. There is a nice small sandy beach for those not inclined to dive off the dock. The house is located behind a set of small islands and thus sheltered from the wind and waves of the big open lake. This makes it very conducive to water-skiing, tubing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming due to the calmer water. On days when it was windy on the big part of the lake, it was most enjoyable in this cove."
