"My Family and I just returned from a
Spectacular week at Lake Sebago. From the minute we decided to go and inquired on the availability of this Vacation Home the owner Lynn was very efficient on answering any questions.
There home was GREAT! So clean and comfortable for all of us. Five minute ride
On the rented Golf Cart.(Lynn made the initial inquiry to see if there was still carts
Available) My son daughter in law and grandson came for a few days and we all
Enjoyed the night we were able to cook
Smores around the Fire Pit in the Back.
Plenty of things to do for all ages.
By far this House was what made our vacation so enjoyable. Washer & Dryer, & WIFI. Most importantly the quiet and tranquility in the area.
We will definitely be back. Thank You for
Sharing your Vacation Home with us."

"Thank you for letting us use your home. This was our fifth trip to Point Sebago and our first time renting on the golf course. It was well worth it! Your house fit our needs perfectly and everyone was comfortable. The house was so clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. It was great to return to such a cozy house after being at the beach all day. My boys ages 6 and 10 loved the bunk beds and the tv in their room. They loved eating at the bar. Again, thank you for sharing your house with us and we hope to return next year."

"This house is in one of the best locations at Point Sebago. Purple Road is just steps from the beach and this house is located at the end of the road so it's a bit quieter than the end closest to the beach, but it's still really close to the beach. The owners are wonderful and respond immediately to any questions. The house itself has a very nice layout: lots of places to sleep, sit and eat -- but without it feeling crowded. The decor is great. It also has a nice balance of being stocked with things you'll need (cups, utensils, pots, etc.) but also has plenty of open cabinets and closet space so you have room to put your own belongings during your stay (some houses are so stocked with "stuff" that you end up living out of your suitcase and keeping your groceries on the counter because there's no space to put anything else -- you won't have that problem here.) The yard is also wonderful -- a nice wooded area in back that includes plenty of chairs, a swing, and a picnic table -- as well as a large deck with a covered table and seating for six. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"We had a large group of 16 (8 adults and 8 children) with another 5 family members visiting during the stay. This house is not short on space and comfort for both daytime and sleeping accommodations for everyone. The interior is very well done, with excellent attention to detail obvious in the construction and finish work of the home-- if you go with a large group, the master bedroom suite has incredible views to greet each day and will be a popular spot to check out on day 1. Terrific kitchen. The lower level is an excellent recreation area with a TV, pool table etc. The main level has plenty of seating both for dinner and just hanging around, with a beautiful fireplace and ample seating, with an obvious focus on people enjoying spending time together-- thank you for NOT making the TV a centerpiece in such a beautiful spot! Even with 1 rain day during our stay, and every one of 16+ folks that day hanging around, people weren't getting in each others way. The property has an excellent backyard, with space for smaller children to play outside with a good standoff from water if that were a parents concern. The dock, waterfront and lake location are quite ideal with regard to wind, weather and lake traffic. We rented a large pontoon boat and the mooring ball was very easy to approach and connect to. Out in front of the house there is excellent lake room despite the islands for tubing and water skiing. We enjoyed everything from the boat, to standup paddle boards and kayaks. The water was only choppy on the 1 day of rain we had and otherwise was excellent for all of the above water activities. Temperature wise, Sebago is an excellent swimming lake. When we chose to venture out around the lake whether by kayak, canoe or boat, there were excellent places to explore and interesting spots to anchor swim and enjoy. Each evening we relaxed with the whole family around a very safe, spacious fire pit area with an excellent position right by the water, which everyone enjoyed sounds of both the fire and the water in the background. Within a 10 minute drive we had terrific dinners, when we chose to head out -- The Lobster Pound in Naples, ME was awesome! One night we took some of the kids into Portland to watch the Sea Dogs AA baseball team and the drive was a surprisingly direct and convenient 30-35 minutes from door to door. Bring your camera as both the house and surroundings are full of memory making opportunities -- this house might set the standard"
