Great vacation. PERFECT for families and kids
"We've stayed at Point Sebago several times and this was hands down the nicest and cleanest unit we have ever stayed at there. Sometimes pics be deceiving and outdated, in this case it was the exact opposite, we all said "Wow" when we first walked in. The unit was VERY spacious and there was more than enough room for us and our 2 kids (8 & 6). The appliances were all updated, there were plenty of amenities you sometimes forget when packing for vacation (unit was fully stocked with plenty of silverware, plates, cups, grill tools, foils and wraps, pots and pans, even a Keurig coffee maker). Every bedroom had its own TV, and we would NEVER stay at Sebago again in a unit that didn't have a washer and dryer like this one did (if you have to use the laundry center at Sebago there are long lines and it can easily tie up half a day at times). It was VERY convenient to rent the golf cart directly from the owner instead of waiting in line at the Welcome Center. This unit is the nicest unit you can get this close to the beach and activities. We were so disappointed with last year's rental unit (elsewhere on Sebago) that we spent an entire day walking last year around Sebago looking at and rating units for the 2015 vacation and were so impressed with Courtney's site for this unit and looking at it in person that we booked it before we even had finished last years vacation. In last year's unit the front door wouldn't secure shut all the way or lock (yikes!), I called the owner and she said "we're in busy season, I'll have it fixed in September". By comparison, in this unit the previous renter accidentally left a grill burner on just enough to drain all of the propane. I sent Courtney a courtesy email to let her know, assuming we'd just rough it for the rest of the week. She sent someone the VERY next morning very first thing in the a.m. to replace it with a full one. A+++++++ Customer Service.
Sebago is a great vacation place and very family oriented, but be VERY careful when looking for a unit to rent. Many of them are old and it can be very easy for them to fall to pieces if they are not properly maintained like this unit. As a landlord myself and knowing reviews can sway an opinion, I truly and honestly give this unit and how easy it was to work with Courtney my highest rating!!!!!"

"My husband and I were looking for a relaxing place to go on vacation and we found it. The cabin is very cute and loved the enclosed front porch, a great place to have morning coffee. We were able to take our dogs and that was a plus for us. Not too far the town and only a 45 minute to the city of Portland where we had a great boat ride. All in all a great place to vacation!"

"Just got back from a great week at Point Sebago. Our 12th Year but this was our first year in this house. This was a great fit for my 3 generation family. Master Bedroom accomodated a portacrib just great. This house was the best stocked house we ever stayed in. I could have left so many things home! We even used some fresh herbs from the window boxes! Large Flat screen TV was a hit with the Red Sox fan in the family. Spacious deck was a great spot for playing board games. Fire pit was great and we loved the "replace what you use" rule for firewood. Only thing I would recommend is if you are coffee lovers (as we were) plan to bring your coffee pot from home. There is a 4 cup coffee pot along with an insulated carafe but I would have preferred to just brew one big pot every morning than make 3 small ones every day. I will know for next year! Easy walk from this house to the beach, the pavillion and the splash park but being on a dead end made for very little traffic. Owner was very easy to communicate with from my very first contact. Cannot wait for next year!"
