  • Great stay on Paleo Woods Way =)

"We couldn't have had a better week. We checked in with zero problems and the house was spotless. The second day we had a glitch with the AC - but one phone call to the owner of the property and it was fixed almost immediately and had no further issues. He was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We totally plan on renting from him again next year."

  • Sebago summer vacation 2014

"Our family has been vacationing on Sebago lake since 1990, and we have looked at and stayed at many different properties. Over the past few years, our needs have changed and we now require a bigger place that can support 10-12 people, and a dock to support a 24 foot boat. Anytime you go to a place for the first itme, you never know how it will compare to the listing photos and information. When we arrived at this property, we were very pleasantly surprised. The photos on line actually didn't do it justice. This place was amazing. It is only a couple year's old and is well laid out ot support the 12 people we had there all week. It was very clean and well maintained. All the bedrooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. And the Master Suite....what a spectacular view!!. The linens and bath towels were provided which made the ladies very happy!! The main floor has a wide open design that accomdated all 12 of us for dinner and nightime games. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils you will ever need. The dock supported my 24 foot boat and jet ski. The property is located by the Dingley Islands which provided calmer waters than other places we have rented on the main lake. One amenity this palce provided that I have yet to see elswhere is the fire pit by the water. Many locations don't allow open fires. We had one going everynight. This is definitley one of the nicer places we've stayed on Sebago lake and we would highly reccomnend it to anyone. Just call the owners; they were very helpful. Just don't take our week for next year cause we're coming back. As far as nearby restaurants, our favorite by far is Bob's Seafood in Windham. We ordered lobster one night and ate there two other times. If you like beer, Braye's Brewing Company in Naples will hit the spot. If you have a boat, I highly recommend Fry Island Cafe.. their Patriot drink is the best and goes well with chips and salsa. And for desert; Mosquito's icecream can't be beat! As far as other attractions, with a place like this and an open lake in front of you, why go anywhere else!!!! We relaxed on the dock, swam, canoed, water skied, wake boarded, knee boarded, went tubing and floated around on noodles... Can't wait till next year!!!"

  • Paradise!

"This home was everything that was promised and more.Coffee @ sunrise on the front deck listening to nothing but the birds chirping, the call of loons, and your thoughts.I left the camp only once all week to get gas for my boat and a few grocerys,A walking trail made for several scenic walks ,even saw a deer and a couple turkeys one afternoon while walking. It is very well mantained and the herb garden provided a nice touch to several meals.BUT my baby is fishing, this is my second summer stay and the fishing is absolutely fantastic.A friend and I found several hotspots and were treated to 3 and 4lb smallmouth and largemouth bass all week and a few large pickerel a fishermans paradise"
