"This house is one of the best that we've ever rented. We absolutely loved everything about this place. The owner is very accommodating. The location can't be beat, located on the end of the road with a soft sandy bottom to access the lake. The house is well stocked with every kitchen appliance and gadget you'll need. Tons of activities inside ( games & videos) and out ( kayaking, canoes, fishing, lazing in the shade by the lake). The fishing is great from a kayak or even right off the dock. It's very convenient to shopping and day trips, the sites of Portland, Mount Washington in New Hampshire is less than 2 hours away and Acadia National Park is definitely worth the drive. We would recommend staying here to anyone that wants the true North Woods experience."

"Probably the best VRBO rental we have ever done. The cottage was beautifully furnished and spotless clean. We especially enjoyed the rocking chairs outside right on the lake. The "super" moon came up one night right over the lake and was spectacular. The cottage was centrally located so we did day trips for a week and visited the coast of Maine and the mountains of New Hampshire within a one hour drive. The owners, Marian and Bob, provided some excellent tips for travel and spots to eat. All were excellent choices. They also provided blueberry pie and vanilla ice cream for us to snack during the week. Overall one of the best vacations we have ever had."

"Had a wonderful fall getaway. Stayed for one week. Accommodation and finishes throughout the house are superb.
Owner was great to deal with, very accommodating and was very flexible with our plans. Thanks Greg !
Outside: Yard has a sandpit which our daughter loved and a fire pit together with a small beach, dock and mooring.
Inside: Lots of room inside. Master suite has amazing views! There is a childs room that can be accessed from the master. Two other bedrooms on the second floor with separate bathroom. First floor there is another bedroom, great living room area, fireplace and superb kitchen. Basement has games room and a large bedroom area.
Everything was very clean, nicely laid out and well finished.
Loved staying at this property.

"Just got back from a great week at Point Sebago. Our 12th Year but this was our first year in this house. This was a great fit for my 3 generation family. Master Bedroom accomodated a portacrib just great. This house was the best stocked house we ever stayed in. I could have left so many things home! We even used some fresh herbs from the window boxes! Large Flat screen TV was a hit with the Red Sox fan in the family. Spacious deck was a great spot for playing board games. Fire pit was great and we loved the "replace what you use" rule for firewood. Only thing I would recommend is if you are coffee lovers (as we were) plan to bring your coffee pot from home. There is a 4 cup coffee pot along with an insulated carafe but I would have preferred to just brew one big pot every morning than make 3 small ones every day. I will know for next year! Easy walk from this house to the beach, the pavillion and the splash park but being on a dead end made for very little traffic. Owner was very easy to communicate with from my very first contact. Cannot wait for next year!"
