"Just got back from a great week at Point Sebago. Our 12th Year but this was our first year in this house. This was a great fit for my 3 generation family. Master Bedroom accomodated a portacrib just great. This house was the best stocked house we ever stayed in. I could have left so many things home! We even used some fresh herbs from the window boxes! Large Flat screen TV was a hit with the Red Sox fan in the family. Spacious deck was a great spot for playing board games. Fire pit was great and we loved the "replace what you use" rule for firewood. Only thing I would recommend is if you are coffee lovers (as we were) plan to bring your coffee pot from home. There is a 4 cup coffee pot along with an insulated carafe but I would have preferred to just brew one big pot every morning than make 3 small ones every day. I will know for next year! Easy walk from this house to the beach, the pavillion and the splash park but being on a dead end made for very little traffic. Owner was very easy to communicate with from my very first contact. Cannot wait for next year!"

"We stayed here for a week in August with our entire family of 6, including a 1 year old. The cottage is in beautiful shape; it actually looks new. Each entryway is tiled, there is an outdoor shower and a nice lawn area. And as someone noted, it is about a mile from Route 302 but we never heard any traffic noise at all. It is right on the community beach (which was very quiet while we were there). We had a wonderful time using the 2 kayaks (there is also a rowboat and canoe), and the Basin area is off the main lake and less wavy, which is perfect for children. The beach is shallow and sandy.
It is hard to find a house with "adult bedrooms", and the 3rd bedroom here does have bunk beds but that worked alright for us. 3 bathrooms and a washer/dryer also were a bonus.
The only small complaint we had was that the AC units in the main and upper floors were very small. It was a hot week and we had to run them constantly in order to keep the rooms cool. We would have loved to turn them off during the day, open the windows, and then turn them back on in the evening before bed, but that would not have worked. The lower walk out basement room did not have AC (there was a fan), and started to smell a bit damp by the end of the week. Another window unit here would solve this issue easily. We had a couple of very small issues during the week that were promptly dealt with.
All in all, we loved the cottage, the neighborhood, and the lake. We would definitely consider returning."

"This is our second year staying at Andy's cabin on Sebago Lake. We traveled all the way from Guam to enjoy two weeks in the cool woods of Maine. Andy (and Christoper) were amazing hosts who really did go above and beyond to make our stay was wonderful! The cabin is spacious, fully equipped, and very well maintained. My husband and I are having "Maine withdrawal" pains and we will definitely be back. Thanks again for an amazing two weeks!"
