"We just spent a week at Sugarloaf and had a fantastic time. This condo has 2 bedrooms downstairs with queen beds each with an adjacent bathroom. Upstairs are bunk beds, a trundle and 2 single beds. The place was ideal for our party of 4. The condo was just so well appointed. It's set up to cook! Not just warm things up. We had some wonderful meals. Since it was Christmas my wife and daughter were cooking all kinds of goodies. The owners were great to work with. Very prompt and professional. The place is right off the shuttle route which runs on the 7s during non-holidays (8:07, 8:37, 9:07...). It was so easy to get to the base lodge on the shuttle. We tried the stubber lift one morning to get on the hill. It's a bit of a hike and the lift is slow so we decided the shuttle was a better option for us to get on the mtn. In the evenings we would ski down and hit the first part of the Nordic trail to cruise within 200yds of the condo. It's almost ski in/out.
The pool house is just up the road about 200 yds too. An easy walk. The hot tub felt so good. Nice sauna and a heated pool too.
Overall, a do over for sure! Highly recommend."

Great Sugarloaf Condo Perfect for Families! Feb 2015
"This is a great condo--perfect for our family. It is super clean, well appointed and all furnishings and appliances are new and in great condition. West Mountain is right on the shuttle route and you can easily ski home for lunch. The Saputos were excellent to deal with -- very friendly, accommodating and responsive. Skiing at Sugarloaf can't be beat! Best in the East. For a great vacation I would definitely recommend renting this unit and skiing at Sugarloaf. We would love to rent this unit next year!"

Dad with 2 boys, 4 wheeling and bird hunting Oct 2014
"We have been going to the Eustis area for years and am so thankful that we found this home to stay in. In the past, we have stayed at the Spill Over Motel, which was great. But there is no comparison to having your own kitchen and much more room then a motel. The place is very charming and cozy, we really loved it. My 10 year set up his wild life camera and we have video of deer in the back yard which came out around 10:00 PM. We liked it that we were on a private dirt road, away from the main road, but there were a few neighbors in sight just in case you needed something, which we didn't. The lot is nice and private. I liked the location, since I didn't want to be way out in the woods. The place is spotless; the shower is roomy with plenty of hot water. There is a 'bear' theme throughout, which my kids loved. We fished for just a few hours in Flagstaff lake and used the pier at "Pines Market" which is an easy 5 miles north of the property. My sons caught some good sized togue type fish. You can find most anything you need there at that Pines Market. We did not 4 wheel from the property as we were not familiar with trails from that location; instead we headed to the Jim Pond area, which we knew better. If I were to ski Sugarloaf, I would definitely stay here, as it is, as reported, 6.8 miles from the entrance, which translates into just 6-7 minutes as the road is very good. We saw deer at the end of the road during the early AM hours. We were provided with a crock pot & coffee maker and assorted nice dishes and other cook ware as well as a gas grill, which worked great. There is a restaurant right at the entrance to the camp's road "Choplin House"?, but we did not get to try it. It looked like there was a nice pub in there too. It would be walking distance if the weather was favorable, maybe it is 3/10ths of a mile away. For good pizza and sandwiches head north for about a mile and look for the gas station on the left that looks like they would sell other things besides gas. The camp has wood wide pine floors, tongue and grove pine walls and ceilings and looks really good. During warmer weather there is a cute porch with a little TV. I would highly recommend staying here except if you want to stay the dates I want to go next October, and then please stay at the Spill Over :-). You won’t know what you are missing so we will both be happy. I have rented about 6- 8 times through VRBO and have always had great experiences, like w/ this one."
