"wonderful cottage on the lake. We had delightful weather and enjoyed our stay. Our family came from the other end of the lake in their motor boat towing 7 blow up floats & rafts. They wondered what was taking so long....a cinder block attached to the last raft as an anchor. We had lots of fun in the sun and enjoyed the paddle boat. Many memories as my family rented this cottage when I was a child & I also stayed with my young children."

"The house was perfect for our weekend gathering. This house is perfect for entertaining. The yard is a good size for yard games, the bar is a perfect place for a drink, it fits a lot of people comfortably, and the speakers will get the music flowing through the house. Our group all had a blast, we golfed at a nearby course and checked out some local restaurants. Joanne gave us great details on the house so we were very prepared when we arrived. We had a couple small hiccups figuring out some of the devices but that's expected in a new place with a different set up than what you're used to. Overall, we were really happy with our decision to stay here and would definitely recommend it to all who are interested."

"We rented The Glen House for a 4-day corporate retreat and had a wonderful time! There are plenty of beds (as long as people don't mind sharing bunkbeds and sleeping on trundles) and everything was great. Some rental houses are skimpy on things like towels and extra pillows, but there were big piles of fresh towels, extra sheets, extra bedding, and so on in every single closet.
It's lovely to have the golf course right there as it was an easy place to go out and take a beautiful walk without having to pay attention to trail markers etc. (I have no idea how that works during golf season, but in November the course is closed.)
Our catering was handled by the Good Food Store (recommended by Gretchen) and it was delicious and so easy! They came by once a day and dropped off the next day's worth of meals, and our last dinner was a cooking class where we made (and then devoured) a bunch of different appetizer/party foods. So much fun!"

"While I stayed in the Mountain House Lodge next door, I got to see the Farm House and was almost jealous that I didn't stay there. Each bedroom was more charming than the other and was treated to a wonderful ping pong match with the gracious owner Julie who I suspect let me win (just being modest). Just a great experience, fantastic views, diverse walking trails and nice access to other activities. Very relaxing."
