Wonderful house in a great location!
"We really enjoyed the house and its location on Little Sebago Lake, and its proximity to Portland, and the beaches. There were six of us, including 4 teenagers, and we were never without something to do. We spent a lot of time fishing off the dock, and took advantage of the two kayaks provided, to explore Spider Island and the coastline. Overall, we had a great trip. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house."

"The cottage was charming and the pictures don't do it justice. It has been beautifully remodeled, and decorated. The location is fabulous! Just a short walk to Higgins Beach. I've made many trips to the Portland area over the last 40 years and this may be my new favorite place. So much to see and do nearby....we went to an adorable lobster shack on Blackpoint road and ordered steamed lobsters to go! We would definately return to the cottage!"

"This cottage was everything we hoped for..., and more! It is walking distance from the boat so although having a car is nice, it's not necessary. The cottage was clean, well equipped with kitchenware and decorated with functional, comfortable furniture. Bring some good books because you'll want to sit on the porches all day! You can swing on the front side of the house and people watch or sit on the back porch and admirer the beautiful water views. Thanks Trudy and Joe!"

"We had an amazing stay at this house! It had all the amenities we needed and even our 2 year old enjoyed herself the whole time. We hit up the beach every day, and walked to get ice cream almost every night. Besides being close to Crescent Beach, it was also a short drive to Two Lights and Fort Williams Park (and the Bite into Maine food truck- best lobster rolls ever!) Driving into Portland was a breeze too, so whether you want the quiet of the ocean or the food and shopping of the city, this house is in the perfect location!
The only slight issue we had was the strong smell of moth balls when we got there. Open windows and moving the box of moth balls quickly cleared the smell."
