  • A beautiful spot on the Maine coast

"Our family (2 adults, and 2 kids (10 and 11) spent a wonderful week here. As others have said, the house is comfortable, roomy, and well-equipped for a relaxing vacation. After just a couple of days, we realized that a week wasn't going to be enough. Lilliana is a gracious host, the grounds and gardens are beautiful, and the location cannot be beat. The house is on the coast, down a country road, but just 10 minutes from downtown Brunswick and an easy drive to numerous mid-coast attractions. We never got to take advantage of the kayaks and canoes, but will on our next visit. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning again."

  • Hillcrest

"Nice place, great location on the east end of the island. Owner was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. If our plans take us back to Long Island we will definitely consider this house again."

  • Perfect Maine Island Getaway!

"We had the good fortune to spend some time on Lower Goose Island in this magical cottage complete with it's own dock, coastline and hand built hiking trails criss-crossing the island. The owners/hosts went out of their way to welcome us and make sure we had everything we wanted and needed to make our vacation over the top enjoyable. We kayaked along the shore and around the Gosling Islands just off of Lower Goose; we went lobstering and learned first hand what hard work it is, but also how fun it is; we even borrowed water skis (on site) and had our kids experience the first time joy of this sport. The cottage is a true work of art and hand craftsmanship. It is beautiful, with lots of extra details that were thought out (old restored doors, exposed beams that were recycled from previous projects) and it has all the amenities that you need: refridgerator, gas stove/over, gas BBQ grill, hot + cold running water and a fully stocked kitchen with any cooking tool you need. It sleeps 6-7 comfortably in 3 twins, 1 queen and 1 full bed. The views from the dining room table, living room and downstairs bedroom are out of this world. I would highly recommend a stay if you are looking for a fun family adventure, want plenty of activities to do, but also want a quiet place to decompress and read a good book!! We will undoubtedly be back next summer for a longer stay!"

  • Comfortable house very near the charming lake

"We spent a pleasant stay in that house wish is spacious with a large sunny living room and comfortable bedrooms. We was a bit disappointed of the view due to big trees on lakeside then we could see very few of the landscape. Nevertheless the large terrace was very relaxing and we could use the wonderful barbecue. We didn't use the hot tubs (too durty) but we made a lot of very interesting visits all around the Sebago Region ( Portland, Bath, around the Sebago lake, and LL Bean in Freeport of course!...). It is a good location for visiting the Maine, so nice!"
