"My husband and I stayed for a week at the Sheacliff, with our dachshund in july 2015. It's a very modern, clean, airy, enlightened and well equipped studio over the garage. It's very private (nobody downstairs). You have a lovely patio, just for yourself. The grounds are huge and immaculate, with all kind of flowers. You can sit, relax, read and appreciate the view of Lowell's Cove. You will sleep like babies in a comfortable bed with the ocean breeze. So restful... If you want a lot of activities nearby, you will not find what you want. You go there to escape from it all. Even though, there is great restaurants nearby and you are at 20 to 40 minutes drive to shop ( Brunswick, Freeport, Portland). Our hosts are dog lovers and they made us feel like friends with full respect of our privacy. We would like to keep this place for ourselves..."

"Some old college friends and I stayed here for a long weekend as a mini-reunion: 3 couples with 4 kids between us.
The house was spacious and immaculate, both inside and out. The cleanest and nicest vacation rental I've ever stayed in. There were 10 of us, and we had plenty of room to cook, hang out, or find space to be alone. It was very thoughtfully appointed -- lots of towels, and blankets, kitchenware, an ipod stereo, and even toys and books. The manager left lots of helpful notes (how to access wifi etc) and was very prompt about answering emails during the booking process.
The area is very quiet and residential. We were content to take walks and just hang out, but note we had to drive for food and the beach. Also note - we didn't get cell reception in the house, but there's a landline and wifi."

"i was searching for a place to spend a week with my twenty something son that would be perfect for us both, and this cottage did not let us down! The location just out of town was a lovely bike ride away, the dock was perfect for reading (me) and jumping off (him). A perfect spot for two guests (and a dog) with a small beach down the road, friendly neighbors, and a screened deck with views made for morning coffee and evening wine. Loved every minute."
