  • We couldn't have wished for anything better!

"Beautiful view onto the water from all sides of the house's expansive windows. Lovely and well-maintained house with deck on 2 sides and dock in the back. Very comfortable beds, woke up every morning to a breathtaking scene of the ocean. About 15 minutes to Brunswick and shopping, and 25 minutes to public beach. Lots of nature preserves in the area, Portland about 30 minutes driving distance. Ideal! Thank you so much, Amy and Dan, for a trip we will never forget!"

  • Celebrating our 25th Anniversary!

"My husband and I came to Maine for our 25th Anniversary. We stayed in Boothbay Harbor for 1 night and did the whale watching which was great but the real treat was staying here at Osprey's Nest! The view is out of a movie. It is so great to see the lobster boats and sail boats coming in and out of the harbor. One morning we even got to see the Bald Eagle sailing above us! There are so many sites to see in this area. Go to Giant's Stairs at Bailey's Island and eat at the Giant's Stairs dinner. Great fish sandwich with home made onion rings! Dolphin Marina and Restaurant is a great place for a nice dinner with an amazing sunset! Lobster stew is really good too. And also buy your lobster right here at Watson's to make a great dinner at this amazing place that we cant wait to come back too! If you're second guessing where to stay? This is your place!"

  • Pat & Bill

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home. The cottage is lovely and very comfortable. It is close to everything and yet very private. The sunrises and sunsets were wonderful! Loved being able to bring our dog with us."

  • Treasured memories

"This authentic historic home is a perfect place for family and friends to gather. It offers one of the most private cottages on the island! The cottage takes you back in time. The one missing element is a golf cart. Although everything is within walking distance...it is cumbersome for lugging supplies, etc."
