"This property was exactly what we needed for two families with young kids: open concept kitchen, living room dining room, dead end street for lots of toddler cycling and very close to the sea. As a bonus, you also get wonderful sunset on the marshes. We couldn't have asked for more. Holly and Mark are not only friendly, but very accommodating, willing to suit some lifestyle needs. Though Wells and Moody Beach aren't as trendy as Kennebunk or Ogunquit, they are quieter and hence more enjoyable. No awful traffic to deal with -- at least when we were there in September. Moody Beach was a peaceful little oasis. I highly recommend this property."

"Spent four days over the labor day weekend for my nephews wedding. Cottage is modern, clean and well appointed. Complex was the same with helpful and friendly staff and neighbors. Didn't get a chance to fully utilize all the amenities or see all that the area has to offer due to a very busy schedule but hope to come back again and try them all out. Owner was very professional, prompt and helpful. No issues whatsoever with keys, checking in, equipment etc"

"This charming little house is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in Maine. Close to Kennebunkport/Kennebunk and all they have to offer, but away from the crush of the tourists when you need a break. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill outdoors, should you feel like cooking, but is walking distance to Nunan's Lobster Hut (wicked lobster rolls and delicious blueberry pie!) and Cape Porpoise Kitchen, for when you don't. The rest of the house is cozy and built for lounging and the beds are more comfortable than one would expect for a rental property - sleep with the windows open and snuggle under the covers for the best nights sleep! For a real treat, walk to the Cape Porpoise Kitchen for coffee and breakfast then take a walk to the Cape Porpoise pier. Sit on one of the benches and take in the view of the lobster boats and the Goat Island lighthouse. Don't miss the Chowder House, with their delicious fish chowder and fried seafood. We will definitely be back to this little house, and next time, we're staying longer!"

"Heading home today after a wonderful 4 week stay. This has been a wonderful vacation for 3 Grandmas. The staff at the Inn were very cordial and prompt in addressing our needs.
Jason went above and beyond in assisting us. Alice was helpful with area information and providing
needed service. Went to hotel for light bulbs and
they sent someone at once to change light bulbs for us!! Loved the Pub (Mike was our server every visit and did a great job) & restaurant!! Walked everyday to Long Sands Beach or cliffwalk. Thank you so much in helping create our rocking chair memories!"
