Great location, cozy condo!
"My husband and I stayed here after much research on places to stay in the Ogunquit area. We were not disappointed! The condo was perfect for 2 people and even had 2 beach chairs to bring to the beach. There is a common area that has a full sized washer and dryer to use during your stay which was great as we didn't have a ton of laundry to do when we got home. There was even a bookcase full of books that you can borrow during your stay! The best part were the views from the porch and from the bedroom where there were 2 recliner chairs to enjoy the view and relax or read. The entrance to the Marginal way and a trolley stop were right over the foot bridge---very convenient!!! Our week long stay was nice and quiet. Thanks Laurie! :)"

"We are three couples, old college friends, who reunite every year in a different part of the country. This year it was Maine. The autumn is a beautiful time to be in Ogunquit. The Treehouse was perfect for us, with plenty of room for all. The decor is gorgeous and the location is perfect. David, the owner, is friendly and responsive. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend a stay at the Treehouse. Thank you, David, for sharing your beautiful home."

"We loved it. Adults can easily walk to the beach (Footbridge or Ogunquit), but if you have small children you also have some other options. You can take the trolley ($2 per person, one way, but hard to lug all your stuff), you can pay $25 to park in the lot, or you can have an able bodied member shuttle you back and forth (this was our favorite option). Perkins Cove is roughly the same distance as the beach and is a really fun place to visit. We also took in a play at the Playhouse, took a trip to York Zoo and Nubble Lighthouse and went up to Old Orchard for the day. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is 2 reasons, and they are not huge, so maybe I'm being unfair, but here they are. First, the washer door was REALLY hard to open. I think there might just be something screwy with the latch (I promise I didn't try to open it when it indicated it was locked). Second, the shower off of the living room turned from freezing cold to scalding hot. I endured it, but the rest of my party opted to share the shower in the master bedroom, which worked great. I could have called Karen about either of these, but didn't really think it was a big deal. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we would definitely come again! Thank you Karen!"
