  • Absolutely perfect!

"We had a wonderful weekend at this home! It was perfect for our family of 5 - including 3 teen/young adults. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well appointed with a gorgeous view of the South River from the living room & master bedroom. It is easily accessible to Annapolis and DC, although a car is a must. The location is serene and quiet - we slept so well! Our spring weather was temperate and a bit rainy but it didn't stop us from doing anything while we were there. We spent two days in DC and parked our car at an outlying metro station (both New Carrollton & Largo Towne Station have plenty of parking & were free on weekends). We used metro passes to make our way around the city. A third day we visited Annapolis, the Academy and ate at the nearby Mike's Restaurant & Crab House (a platter of crabs fed the whole family!) I highly recommend this home and look forward to visiting the area again!"

  • Great spot! Quiet neighborhood! A nice easy walk to everything!

"This was a great spot for us during our week stay in Annapolis. It was an easy walk to everything including quite a few great restaurants. The place was very well appointed with everything we needed, was extremely clean and comfortable, and obviously well cared for. I'd recommend it for anyone who wants to stay just a bit outside the bustle of downtown but to be close enough to enjoy it without needed a car. We'll be back again next year :)"

  • Could not have made a better choice!

"A girlfriend and I spent a long weekend in this perfect, quiet spot. It is located in a neighborhood with historic homes. The carriage house looks over gorgeous grounds and down to the dock. The rooms are extra large, kitchen well-appointed, all furnishings cozy. There is even a full dining room! Everything clean and neat. We parked the car in the private parking spot (a HUGE plus in this area) then walked all over the historic district and to the Naval Academy. I stayed in other Annapolis lodging before, but this would be my choice for all future trips. The owners were helpful and organized without being at all intrusive. Thank goodness they lent us umbrellas! We took a restaurant recommendation from them and were thrilled with the result. There is a flight of stairs to reach the carriage house. No problem for us, but something to note."

  • FABULOUS!

"Just perfect for our family and several guests--10 slept beautifully! This house had everything and is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub, porches and enough space indoors and out that we never felt crowded! We have already booked two more visits! The open floor plan was perfect for us and made prepping meals a social event. The owners couldn't have been more gracious, hospitable and responsive! We enjoyed a short 15-min walk to the Naval Academy stadium and easy access to downtown Annapolis and to the myriad of shopping near West St and Westfield Mall. This home is our top pick!!"
