  • A beautiful spot for a relaxing holiday!

"This is an absolutely lovely spot! We had a family reunion here last month. Having never used the VRBO site, I was a little nervous about booking (especially as I was booking from overseas), but this home turned out to be perfect! We had a large group comprising all ages, including young children. This house suited everyone. It exceeded expectations and was even nicer than the photos convey. The property was well-maintained and the home was clean, bright and airy. The lighting, especially in the morning, was simply beautiful. The views from the back porch and yard were picturesque. The river offered great opportunity for fun and activities. The owners were a pleasure to deal with--very helpful and responsive. Overall, we found this to be such a relaxing spot! It was a wonderful place for a holiday. I would definitely recommend this home for families of all ages."

  • Wonderful apartment, central location

"We really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. It is in the old Anapolis, and within easy reach of many of the sites to be seen, including the marina (we were there for the boat show), the high shopping street, and all required amenities. The apartment is comfortable, with all mod cons in the kitchen. Steep staircase up to apartment might preclude this from people who would struggle with this."

  • Great family vacation in Annapolis

"We had the most amazing week in this house on River Rd. It was a family reunion, consisting of five families, two from Raleigh, NC, two from upstate, NY, one from Boston, Mass. In all eight adults, eight children, and we did take the guest house as well. Both Liz. and Kris, the rental agent helped us with all our needs. They were awesome to work with. The house was perfect, the grounds with pool and hot tub perfect, the location perfect, and the visit turned out to be perfect as well. It is everything that is discribed in the add, only problem we had was getting the TV'S in upstairs bedroom's to work. No big deal, we didn't need them anyway. I reccomend this property to most everybody, it was so beautiful."

  • Nice place, need more photos

"We enjoyed our stay at this home, which was very convenient to a wedding we were attending while in Annapolis. The owner was nice and very helpful, and the home was clean and inviting when we arrived, with fresh sheets and towels. The layout of the home is a bit odd, and I would have appreciated additional photos before arriving. To access the back bedroom area (which is an enclosed porch area) you have to go through another bedroom. And the only, very small, bathroom, is in between the two bedrooms. The sun porch and the screen porch would have been wonderful additional space for hanging out, if we had been here in warmer weather. As it was we only spent time in the main front living room area because it was a colder October weekend. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and though we didn't have time to utilize the community beach area, it was very close by. The kitchen was small, but well stocked, and open to the living room. I'd recommend this place for families with kids or very close friends who don't mind having to share space (i.e. going through each others bedrooms to access other rooms) and only one bathroom. And I would certainly suggest it for warmer months as the outdoor spaces looked very inviting even though we didn't use them."
