  • Just What We Needed

"My daugher was getting married in Annapolis, which is out of town for us. I needed a comfortable place accessible to both the church and reception hall. I also wanted to spend time in historic Annapolis if possible. In addition, I needed a quiet place to recup after each day's events. The apartment is comfortable, and has a couch bed which my other daughter slept on. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the water always hot, and the neighborhood delightfully quiet. The neighbors were also friendly and gracious on the rare occasion we saw anyone. Baron was ready to help if needed at any point. He is a most gracious host. My husband and I plan to reserve again and again."

  • A beautiful spot for a relaxing holiday!

"This is an absolutely lovely spot! We had a family reunion here last month. Having never used the VRBO site, I was a little nervous about booking (especially as I was booking from overseas), but this home turned out to be perfect! We had a large group comprising all ages, including young children. This house suited everyone. It exceeded expectations and was even nicer than the photos convey. The property was well-maintained and the home was clean, bright and airy. The lighting, especially in the morning, was simply beautiful. The views from the back porch and yard were picturesque. The river offered great opportunity for fun and activities. The owners were a pleasure to deal with--very helpful and responsive. Overall, we found this to be such a relaxing spot! It was a wonderful place for a holiday. I would definitely recommend this home for families of all ages."

  • Memories were made here.

"My sisters and I were lucky enough to spend a month in the condo that used to be a church. It was comfortable in all ways possible. We were able to relax and enjoy the town of Annapolis and always have a wonderful, quiet home to come to when the day was done. The condo was well furnished and all of our needs were met. If we had a question we were able to get in touch with our landlord immediately. The condo is set up to house two couples or two couples and two singles who don’t feel the need for privacy. I stayed for two weeks in the alcove on the fourth floor and I could not have been more comfortable. What we loved – • The décor – elegant with a touch of gothic and whimsy. We were constantly discovering just one more fun piece of furnishing to smile about. Such a lovely place to invite our friends and family to spend a few hours. • Location – a short walk from the harbor, shops, restaurants, St. John’s University and my favorite - the Naval Academy • The kitchen – equipped with all that was needed for meals, snacks or entertaining • The master bedroom floor – comfortable, quiet and well stocked for all needs. • The bell tower – what a surprise to share with all. • The game room – used all the time for dominoes or that exciting game of Labyrinth. • The elevator – a must with all those floors and all that luggage. We grew to love it. • The view – just look through those gorgeous windows and there is the spire of the Maryland State Capital building. Memories were made during our stay that will always bring a smile and a thank you for our marvelous accommodations. We would encourage you to make your own adventure and your own memories in this unique townhome."

  • Cozy Cottage

"We have stayed at this cozy cottage 2 times in the last year. First time was a visit for our MIDS birthday and just last week for commencement. Although small in space , it is big on comfort and class. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a first class meal. Our host was easy to deal with and welcoming. We love the location. We are walkers and it was easy to walk everywhere and leave the car behind thus eliminating parking in downtown Annapolis. We love this place!"
