  • Family Thanksgiving

"We just returned from a family reunion Thanksgiving at this beautiful house. The large well equipped kitchen was perfect for collaborative meal preparation. Seriously this kitchen is better equipped than my own. The large porch has fabulous views of the bay and was the perfect setting for our holiday meal. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group. It was perfect."

  • Great place

"My friends and I stayed here for a race in Annapolis and had a great time. The place was clean with plenty of room for 6-8 people and it has a fireplace which was amazing. I wish we had stayed a bit longer and we will if we all do this race again next year. Oh and did I mention the fire place :-)"

  • Historic Charmer

"My family and I rented this house to see my nephew's play USNA baseball for a long weekend. The pictures don't do it justice! On the outside it's a quaint historic home right in the heart of Downtown Annapolis (and 1/2 mile stroll to the baseball field!) with driveway parking for 2 SUVs (a huge bonus on a busy weekend). On the inside, it's completely renovated with a big gourmet kitchen downstairs and a double-sized master suite on the 2nd floor. The master bed and bath were nicer than a hotel! The other two bedrooms were perfect for the kids (our sons, ages 8 and 5 loved the bunk beds and our 13 year old daughter was in heaven in the "Hawaiian" themed room). The 2nd bathroom upstairs was small, but the kids didn't mind. Actually, they ended up in the hot-tub-sized bubble tub in our bathroom every night anyway! The backyard was a nice surprise, too. Comfortable furniture, nice grill, tastefully trimmed... It proved to be our favorite spot each night to grill dinner and enjoy a glass of wine while the kids wrestled in the grass and we caught up with old friends. We loved our weekend in Annapolis and this house was a great "home base!" Once we parked the cars we only used them once to go to the grocery store (literally a mile away) and from then on, walked wherever we wanted to go. We'll definitely be back!"

  • Don't Miss Out! on this experience!

"I had searched and searched for a hotel or B&B close to the water. There were many selections, but rates always seemed to jump to double for the weekend. This is a common practice during the Summer, but I just didn't want to spend that much. Searching through this website I came across this title..."Waterfront Accommodations - ON THE WATER! Got my attention so I read further. Do not pass this up! The staff is amazing and the accommodations were just what they advertised - ON THE WATER! I was at the end of the dock where I photographed Osprey, ducks, sailboats, people, incredible sunsets and had 2 decks to choose from where I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. I was 5 blocks from The Chart House, where I had dinner and picked up the local water taxi that whisked me away across the Bay to Annapolis! Can't get much better than that!"
