Fabulous vacation place for family reunion
"We had our family reunion at the house- party of 14, ages 9-87. The house is immaculate, just like the pictures. The only thing unexpected was the kids bedroom on the lower level is at the bottom of the only stairs down, so there is no door or privacy. Otherwise, the listing is accurate. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked all our dinners- there is a supermarket within 5 minutes and a seafood market where you can get oysters for 60 cents. We had lots of fun using the kayaks and paddle boards, playing bocce ball, and just relaxing admiring the views. Bring bug spray as the mosquitoes are very active at dusk. Annapolis is 10 minutes by car. We did the sailing cruise on the Woodwind Schooner. It was great! Book ahead for Wednesday evening as that is when the sailboat race occurs. Debbie was very responsive, answered all our calls and questions promptly. We hope to come back again!"

"We had a wonderful time. Our group ranged in age from 4 to 82! Great location..easy to find. Plenty of space to spread out...never felt crowded! This was our first time renting someone's home and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. If you have any hesitations about renting this property...put your mind at ease...it will exceed your expectations!"

"This is a fantastic location to see Annapolis! Walked absolutely everywhere! The house is great - has everything you need, and then some. The backyard is a beautiful place to hang out - very private. The street is quiet, and around 8:30am you pass the parents walking their kids to school. Very friendly neighborhood. The house and the street have great charm. We enjoyed all the nearby attractions, restaurants, and even a little shopping. Recommended for anyone who wants a beautiful home central to everything!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this home, which was very convenient to a wedding we were attending while in Annapolis. The owner was nice and very helpful, and the home was clean and inviting when we arrived, with fresh sheets and towels. The layout of the home is a bit odd, and I would have appreciated additional photos before arriving. To access the back bedroom area (which is an enclosed porch area) you have to go through another bedroom. And the only, very small, bathroom, is in between the two bedrooms. The sun porch and the screen porch would have been wonderful additional space for hanging out, if we had been here in warmer weather. As it was we only spent time in the main front living room area because it was a colder October weekend. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and though we didn't have time to utilize the community beach area, it was very close by. The kitchen was small, but well stocked, and open to the living room. I'd recommend this place for families with kids or very close friends who don't mind having to share space (i.e. going through each others bedrooms to access other rooms) and only one bathroom. And I would certainly suggest it for warmer months as the outdoor spaces looked very inviting even though we didn't use them."
