Fabulous vacation place for family reunion
"We had our family reunion at the house- party of 14, ages 9-87. The house is immaculate, just like the pictures. The only thing unexpected was the kids bedroom on the lower level is at the bottom of the only stairs down, so there is no door or privacy. Otherwise, the listing is accurate. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked all our dinners- there is a supermarket within 5 minutes and a seafood market where you can get oysters for 60 cents. We had lots of fun using the kayaks and paddle boards, playing bocce ball, and just relaxing admiring the views. Bring bug spray as the mosquitoes are very active at dusk. Annapolis is 10 minutes by car. We did the sailing cruise on the Woodwind Schooner. It was great! Book ahead for Wednesday evening as that is when the sailboat race occurs. Debbie was very responsive, answered all our calls and questions promptly. We hope to come back again!"

"Every year, our family of six does a quick 3-4 day vacation in a city we have never visited before and this year it was Annapolis, MD. We picked this Eastport house mainly because of the size, but after arriving we decided it offered SO much more - great location, great deck and it was more than large enough to hold our family. It quickly became our home away from home and after a few days we realized we should have stayed longer. Prior to arriving, we were concerned about the parking, so we were hoping to walk downtown. A simple, quick walk over the bridge and you are there. We would definitely recommend this property and Pat (Owner) was very accommodating."

Wonderful location, tasteful, comfortable and quiet
"This cottage is one of the best places in which we have stayed, if not the best. It is very comfortable with high quality furnishings and linens. It also has very interesting art in every room. The woodland setting is lovely and the farm is a delight.
We experienced a personal difficulty while we were staying and the hosts were gracious and very helpful to us in resolving the problem.
We will be returning to this jewel of a cottage soon."

"A girlfriend and I spent a long weekend in this perfect, quiet spot. It is located in a neighborhood with historic homes. The carriage house looks over gorgeous grounds and down to the dock. The rooms are extra large, kitchen well-appointed, all furnishings cozy. There is even a full dining room! Everything clean and neat. We parked the car in the private parking spot (a HUGE plus in this area) then walked all over the historic district and to the Naval Academy. I stayed in other Annapolis lodging before, but this would be my choice for all future trips. The owners were helpful and organized without being at all intrusive. Thank goodness they lent us umbrellas! We took a restaurant recommendation from them and were thrilled with the result. There is a flight of stairs to reach the carriage house. No problem for us, but something to note."
