  • BEST VRBO EVER!!

"My friends and I have stayed in many VRBO's for several years. This one is the RITZ CARLTON of all VRBO's! The church/condo has been totally renovated into its modern form, yet many architectural details from the working church were left. The decor is stunning. Every detail was taken care of - including a parking pass for each day we stayed. We walked downtown to many shops and restaurants (a couple blocks) and walked to the Naval Academy (also a couple blocks). The condo was immaculate, with a stocked kitchen like I've never seen before (we left a lot - pay it forward). We were two senior couples and the stairs were somewhat daunting, but thanks to the elevator, the stairs were never an issue. Plus, the elevator is FUN! Thank you so much for letting us spend a long weekend getaway in your beautiful condo. We all were in awe of the beauty, the comfort, and the convenience."

  • Commissioning Week

"This was our first time renting a home for a vacation and it was a wonderful experience. We had family ranging in age from 2 - 81 and everyone loved it. Lots of room to spread out. The rooms are private and quiet which made it great for babies napping. We were in Annapolis for commissioning week the house was centrally located to everything we needed. Stores were very close and all the Navy activities were easy to get to. The back yard was set up for BBQ ing and a great hang out area when we had guests. The owners were very accessible and pleasant to deal with."

  • Perfect Getaway...lovely home and property

"We rented this wonderful house for a family wedding we were attending in Annapolis. We had 8 adults and 2 children in our party. The house was plenty big for all of us with room to spare. The bedrooms are all well appointed and have very comfortable beds and fine linens. The master was perfect for us because it has an extra full bed across the room so our child could be in the same room. Everything written in the description of this house was accurate and then some. The pictures just cannot capture all the work the owner has done to make this house so special. It is gorgeous inside and out - but casual enough to make you feel comfortable. No matter where you stand inside or out - the views are amazing...not just in the landscape and looking out over the water - but in the careful placing of beautiful art and design. Debbie is a gracious host and truly cares about this property. Her love shows in every nook and cranny of the home. Thank you for sharing it with us.!"

  • Nice place, need more photos

"We enjoyed our stay at this home, which was very convenient to a wedding we were attending while in Annapolis. The owner was nice and very helpful, and the home was clean and inviting when we arrived, with fresh sheets and towels. The layout of the home is a bit odd, and I would have appreciated additional photos before arriving. To access the back bedroom area (which is an enclosed porch area) you have to go through another bedroom. And the only, very small, bathroom, is in between the two bedrooms. The sun porch and the screen porch would have been wonderful additional space for hanging out, if we had been here in warmer weather. As it was we only spent time in the main front living room area because it was a colder October weekend. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and though we didn't have time to utilize the community beach area, it was very close by. The kitchen was small, but well stocked, and open to the living room. I'd recommend this place for families with kids or very close friends who don't mind having to share space (i.e. going through each others bedrooms to access other rooms) and only one bathroom. And I would certainly suggest it for warmer months as the outdoor spaces looked very inviting even though we didn't use them."
