Delightful home in perfect walking location
"We stayed at Joanne's home with another couple while racing in an Annapolis NOOD event. Communication was excellent prior to our arrival. The home is nicely restored and renovated, with inspiring artistic sense -- very pleasant and calming. The main bedrooms were REALLY comfortable. Nice deck and yard for grilling. Easy walk all over Eastport (including Chart House and 2 prime steakhouses), the AYC and EYC, and to historic district shopping. We'll be back!"

"We had a group of 7 adults and rented this house for three nights. The house worked very well for us. The view of the water from the front rooms is beautiful. Beach access is right across the street and down a short flight of stairs. There is a boat dock and a very nice beach. The house provides beach mats, umbrellas and everything else you need for a day at the beach so that's very convenient. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and each day we took a long walk that made a loop along the shore. We went to Annapolis Seafood nearby and picked up fish one night and cooked them on the nice grill provided behind the house. The house has a good variety of bedrooms and the bathrooms are all good. The large kitchen was great for our group. The location makes you feel like you are away from it all but you are just minutes from Annapolis and a large selection of restaurants. Mike's Crabs was the best place we visited. I would highly recommend this property."

"Our family of six adults had a great time in Annapolis over the Fourth of July weekend. This charming 19th century home still has the original 1830's hardwood floors and is beautifully maintained. If you want some quiet time to relax and read a book, the library is well stocked. The best feature is by far the location; just one block from the water front and the Naval Academy.
The designated loading parking place in front of the home made it easy unload. There is convenient parking available just steps away at the neighborhood school when school isn't in session.
The listing description is very accurate. The kitchen has every supply you could need. The wifi worked very well. When we arrived everything has very clean and ready for us. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. The family room in the rear of the home is large and a great gathering place. It is listed as three bedrooms but the air mattress in the second floor office worked just fine as a fourth bedroom.
We had good communication with the owner before and after our stay. I highly recommend this property."

"I rented the house for my wife's birthday week-end and she loved it. She mentioned many times throughout the years that she wanted to go to Annapolis and this worked out perfectly. The house was very well maintained and very comfortable. My brother-in-law with his wife and 12 year old daughter stayed with us and it never felt crowded. My 15 year old son texted his friends saying that it was really nice and that he liked it very much. On the day of her birthday we had friends and family that lived in Maryland visit us to celebrate my her birthday. We all had a lovely time and would definitely come back again.
Lynn (the owner) is very nice and helpful. She was charming to deal with, and the process was very painless. If you want a place that is on the water, roomy and very close to Annapolis, this is the place to get."
