"Every year, our family of six does a quick 3-4 day vacation in a city we have never visited before and this year it was Annapolis, MD. We picked this Eastport house mainly because of the size, but after arriving we decided it offered SO much more - great location, great deck and it was more than large enough to hold our family. It quickly became our home away from home and after a few days we realized we should have stayed longer. Prior to arriving, we were concerned about the parking, so we were hoping to walk downtown. A simple, quick walk over the bridge and you are there. We would definitely recommend this property and Pat (Owner) was very accommodating."

"Our family of six adults had a great time in Annapolis over the Fourth of July weekend. This charming 19th century home still has the original 1830's hardwood floors and is beautifully maintained. If you want some quiet time to relax and read a book, the library is well stocked. The best feature is by far the location; just one block from the water front and the Naval Academy.
The designated loading parking place in front of the home made it easy unload. There is convenient parking available just steps away at the neighborhood school when school isn't in session.
The listing description is very accurate. The kitchen has every supply you could need. The wifi worked very well. When we arrived everything has very clean and ready for us. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. The family room in the rear of the home is large and a great gathering place. It is listed as three bedrooms but the air mattress in the second floor office worked just fine as a fourth bedroom.
We had good communication with the owner before and after our stay. I highly recommend this property."

"This house was absolutely perfect for our "girls weekend". My girlfriends and I loved the location (the house is close to everything), the charming rooms and most importantly the 3 FULL bathrooms. You cannot beat three showers when there are 9 ladies getting ready to go out to dinner. The owner was wonderfully kind and attentive to my questions before and during the trip. The only complaint that we had was that the air conditioner in the attic (there is central air for the first and second floors) was very loud and unfortunately woke the girls sleeping up there when it kicked on during the night. That was a small complaint however, because everything else was so lovely!"

"We rented this house for Commissioning week. It was very nice and clean. The location was in a quiet area, but within walking distance from the base and downtown. We walked during most of our weeks stay, because it was more convenient then finding parking during this very busy week. The deck was nice for cook outs and relaxing in the evenings. There was restaurants within a few blocks for convenient meals. We ate most breakfasts just doors away at a little Café. We had a great time here and would recommend it highly."
