Adorable, pet friendly, cozy cottage.
"Chi Rising is nestled in a whimsical garden located in Eastport, just 1.3 miles away from the Ego Alley waterfront in Annapolis. Fully fenced and private it was a great place for me and my husband and our two dogs to use as a home base for our week-long visit to our daughter and her hubby in Annapolis, the dogs thought they owned the place lol. The neighborhood is nice and the cottage has its own parking! The Owner, Yarrow is friendly and very helpful, the bed is comfortable and the living areas are very pleasant, especially the screened in porch in the back. There are a lot of little seating areas throughout the garden, along with a chiminea clay fireplace that Yarrow was kind enough to supply wood and a pressed log for. We have friends in the area and they stopped over for a little dinner, and we all sat around in the back yard around the fire enjoying the garden. We walked in to Annapolis every day and also to a fabulous baker, Baker & Co., just a few blocks from the cottage. The Welcome Basket filled with treats was a nice touch. Thanks Yarrow! #2015BLUERIDGEPARKWAYCRAWL"

WONDERFUL VENUE FOR A REUNION WITH USNA CLASSMATES AT HOMECOMING 2015
"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this lovely home in the woods. The setting is beautiful and quiet. The house is very clean and extremely well equipped. Sitting out on the deck having afternoon cocktails is extremely pleasant. All the shopping and activities are close at hand. Our group of 3 couples and 1 single were comfortable and content. Couldn't have wanted more."

"This house easily fit our group of 10 people in town to watch Penn State play University of Maryland in Baltimore. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, but an easy ride to downtown Baltimore. The common area/kitchen was large enough for all of us to hang out and the various bedroom configurations worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend this house--we didn't want to leave!"

"We rented this house for Commissioning week. It was very nice and clean. The location was in a quiet area, but within walking distance from the base and downtown. We walked during most of our weeks stay, because it was more convenient then finding parking during this very busy week. The deck was nice for cook outs and relaxing in the evenings. There was restaurants within a few blocks for convenient meals. We ate most breakfasts just doors away at a little Café. We had a great time here and would recommend it highly."
