"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the charming Yellow Cottage.
It was the perfect place for a quick weekend visit with our children who are studying at UDel. We enjoyed the proximity to DC and were able to take in some sights during the day.
There were many thoughtful touches that made our stay very comfortable. We were able to enjoy several "home made" meals; the kitchen was well equipped and organized. The beds were very comfortable. Sunday morning with the sunlight sparkling on the water was nothing less than magical.
We all agreed that the weekend at the cottage was heavenly. We hope to be able to visit again soon."

"We just came back from our annual girls getaway trip and we were thrilled with this adorable house in Annapolis.
The house was perfect for the four of us, plenty of space for us to spread out. All of the rooms are decorated so beautifully, lots of charm all around. What a treat it was to be so close to the park and small dock just down the street. In the morning we took our coffee and just sat out looking at the boats in the water. One of the days rather than the short walk back from town we decided to take the water taxi and he dropped us off at the dock on Charles Street, that was fun!
If you're looking for something other than a typical hotel room, check this place out. We hope to go back again.
Megan was a pleasure to deal with, anything you need, she will get back to you quickly."

"We enjoyed our stay at this home, which was very convenient to a wedding we were attending while in Annapolis. The owner was nice and very helpful, and the home was clean and inviting when we arrived, with fresh sheets and towels. The layout of the home is a bit odd, and I would have appreciated additional photos before arriving. To access the back bedroom area (which is an enclosed porch area) you have to go through another bedroom. And the only, very small, bathroom, is in between the two bedrooms. The sun porch and the screen porch would have been wonderful additional space for hanging out, if we had been here in warmer weather. As it was we only spent time in the main front living room area because it was a colder October weekend. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and though we didn't have time to utilize the community beach area, it was very close by. The kitchen was small, but well stocked, and open to the living room. I'd recommend this place for families with kids or very close friends who don't mind having to share space (i.e. going through each others bedrooms to access other rooms) and only one bathroom. And I would certainly suggest it for warmer months as the outdoor spaces looked very inviting even though we didn't use them."

"I came down in a group of 5 guys and this location was perfect. Everyone got their own bed. There is plenty of room and the two bathrooms with showers are a great perk. The living room had perfect seating for our group and the kitchen table was great for board games. The deck was a nice touch so we could go outside for fresh air.
The location is great. It is walking distance to everything in downtown Annapolis. This is what we wanted and we were able to go out for dinner and drinks on foot and not have to worry about anything.
The only drawback is the parking. Since it is right in downtown Annapolis we had to park in the $20/day lot that is on the same block. We stayed Friday - Sunday and had to drive once, resulting in two $20 charges (I think it maxes out at $20 if we had stayed the entire time). Our last guest drove down in his own car and also had to pay to park. This is the only thing I would keep in mind.
Other than that we all kept commenting on how great the space is and how amazing it was that suck a big place was tucked away right in downtown. Highly convenient."
