  • Perfect Place

"We stayed 3 nights at Yellow Cottage in the end of August. This place is like a little slice of heaven. It was perfect for 2 couples. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. The cottage is bright and welcoming. I love the farmhouse kitchen. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed kayaking on Harness Creek. The neighborhood was great for evening walks and the location is only a 10 minute drive into Annapolis. Rhonda was very helpful about things to do, restaurants etc. and she made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at Yellow Cottage again."

  • Cozy Cottage

"We have stayed at this cozy cottage 2 times in the last year. First time was a visit for our MIDS birthday and just last week for commencement. Although small in space , it is big on comfort and class. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a first class meal. Our host was easy to deal with and welcoming. We love the location. We are walkers and it was easy to walk everywhere and leave the car behind thus eliminating parking in downtown Annapolis. We love this place!"

  • Came just for Christmas--stayed through New Year's

"The cottage was exactly as it appeared or even better. Cozy, bright, comfortable, in a gorgeous setting, the river outside reflecting Christmas lights in houses across the way . . . Chuck and his family were wonderful, keeping us well stocked in firewood and cheer; he and his wife even had a Christmas tree ready for us to decorate and light. And there are boats--canoes, kayaks (but stay away from that maddening dinghy). I'd planned to leave after ten days but couldn't resist, so stayed four more. It was as wonderful for quiet writing as for entertaining, and its accessibility made it perfect for my wheelchair-bound mother to come for dinners. I'd very happily stay again."

  • Don't Miss Out! on this experience!

"I had searched and searched for a hotel or B&B close to the water. There were many selections, but rates always seemed to jump to double for the weekend. This is a common practice during the Summer, but I just didn't want to spend that much. Searching through this website I came across this title..."Waterfront Accommodations - ON THE WATER! Got my attention so I read further. Do not pass this up! The staff is amazing and the accommodations were just what they advertised - ON THE WATER! I was at the end of the dock where I photographed Osprey, ducks, sailboats, people, incredible sunsets and had 2 decks to choose from where I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. I was 5 blocks from The Chart House, where I had dinner and picked up the local water taxi that whisked me away across the Bay to Annapolis! Can't get much better than that!"
