"We came for a long weekend. We are three high school friends 65+ who meet several times a year at different places. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We walked to the water taxi - about 5 blocks - very easy and a nice walk. There were only 2 chairs on the top deck so we didn't go up there. Not a good view of the harbor, only a lot of roof tops. The only drawback is the parking. We were lucky and found a great spot, but it was the Pirate Festival weekend and we were afraid we would never find a near parking spot if we left the one we had. Walked around the corner to a great local restaurant called Cockeys. The house is not recommended for anyone with disabilities since the stairs are rather steep. There are some repairs to be made. The tub faucet in the bathroom was coming off the wall and the bedroom closet door would not stay on its track. The towel ring came out of the wall and we put it back up. All in all though it was a great rental and we had a fantastic time."

Convenient, cozy, charming! Way better than a hotel!
"Next time we visit Baltimore, we would definitely stay here again! Baltimore gets mighty muggy, but the AC unit kept up beautifully, and the ceiling fans were wonderful. The apartment has plenty of horizontal space, which is a must when traveling and spreading out a little. There are also many outlets and lots of lights, and the place is immaculate. We brought our own pack 'n play for our two year old son (not realizing one was provided!), and he slept so well. We opened the closet in the hallway and it made the bedroom plenty dark enough. The bed is extremely comfortable, and we were not bothered by any street noise with the help of the fan and our son's white noise machine. We never ever heard a peep out of the bar next door, and never needed the car again once we parked as there is so much within walking distance. I would highly recommend taking a water taxi to and from the Inner Harbor! Daily Grind and Pitango Bakery + Cafe are both good places to get coffee and quick breakfast foods. Pitango Gelato on Broadway is a wonderful sweet treat, and Johnny Rad's on Eastern has great pizza and is totally walkable and even child friendly. It may not be huge, but it is roomy by rowhouse standards, and way more comfortable than a hotel room. Having the separate room from the bedroom is a must for traveling with a toddler! We didn't end up needing the parking space, but it was so nice to know that it was available."

"My mom, sisters, brother and I decided at Christmas to take a family vacation this year. With 3/4 of us within an hour of Baltimore but never visited, we found this listing due to our need to sleep 8 plus a 1-year old.
The house put us 10 miles or less of everywhere we wanted to visit on our trip: Zoo, Aquarium/Inner Harbor, Lexington Market and the Basilica. The kids took a night to walk to Pickles Pub while Grandma babysat.
The baby didn't enjoy the grates in the floor, but he would just walk around them and still had plenty of room to play, keeping mainly to the second floor living room. I wish I would have packed grippy socks or slippers, as you do walk over a couple open grates to get around, and hardwood floors and stairs are so smooth I personally would have preferred some insurance for my clumsy self.
Bryan is extremely responsive during the inquiry and booking process. I recommend doing a walk-through of the property upon your arrival and emailing him if anything doesn't seem right. You can even email during your stay for recommendations on the fly...communications don't need to and shouldn't stop once you've begun your stay."
