"We really enjoyed this quaint home on the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis. Convenient for both quiet walks by the Bay and visiting the area sights, including the old town in Annapolis (just a few miles away). Also, the owner was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely return to this property."

"Our family of six stayed in this waterfront home as a combination vacation and send off for our daughter who was getting ready to start Plebe Summer at the Naval Academy. It was the perfect home and location for our needs. The home with its five spacious bedrooms and three and a half baths allowed us room to spread out while the central dining / living / family room and porch provided great spaces for family time. The dock and kayaks were a hit with the whole family. The location was private and provided a respite from the crowds of down town Annapolis, but we were only a 12-15 minute easy drive to the Naval Academy and down town. The owners were hospitable, accommodating, and very responsive to our questions and needs. They made us feel welcome. We would love to return here as a home away from home during our daughter's Naval Academy years."

"My mom, sisters, brother and I decided at Christmas to take a family vacation this year. With 3/4 of us within an hour of Baltimore but never visited, we found this listing due to our need to sleep 8 plus a 1-year old.
The house put us 10 miles or less of everywhere we wanted to visit on our trip: Zoo, Aquarium/Inner Harbor, Lexington Market and the Basilica. The kids took a night to walk to Pickles Pub while Grandma babysat.
The baby didn't enjoy the grates in the floor, but he would just walk around them and still had plenty of room to play, keeping mainly to the second floor living room. I wish I would have packed grippy socks or slippers, as you do walk over a couple open grates to get around, and hardwood floors and stairs are so smooth I personally would have preferred some insurance for my clumsy self.
Bryan is extremely responsive during the inquiry and booking process. I recommend doing a walk-through of the property upon your arrival and emailing him if anything doesn't seem right. You can even email during your stay for recommendations on the fly...communications don't need to and shouldn't stop once you've begun your stay."

"We enjoyed six days in Annapolis from this comfortable, spacious property. As described, this rental is within walking distance to the Stadium, as well as a 20-25 minute walk to downtown. Within three blocks is a grocery store, bank machine, 2 casual restaurants, and quant boutiques. The property itself is light and clean, has ample space for 4 people, and comes with a well-equiped kitchen. We would rent this again in a minute."
