"Being so chose to DC it is very hard to get such a wonderful property. This house was bog enough to accommodate all our group members. It was clean and neat. The master suite was amazing. The jafuzzi was a plus to the stay.
Thanks for proving an opportunity to stay. The owners ere also very very helpful and cooperative."

"We flew out from California to attend our son's wedding celebration in Westminster and decided on Vista House due to its close location. Perfectly situated off the beaten path in rolling farmland accompanied by hiking trails and a lovely creek, Vista offered the serenity we were looking for while being located close to historical attractions, quaint small towns and all the modern conveniences one needs. The homes superb design made it absolutely perfect for enjoying each others company, be it around the dinner table in the spacious dining room while enjoying a wonderful meal or playing games in the beautifully furnished great-room, not to mention the outdoor living spaces that served as lovely extensions of everything this beautiful property has to offer. Every room had large windows with fantastic views blending things inside and out into a remarkable haven of solitude that refreshes ones mind, body and soul. The caretakers were wonderful hosts, making us feel right at home as if we were family. We absolutely loved how they took time to share some of their families history regarding this special place and their love for it. In closing, we are so thankful we had the opportunity to call the Vista House home for a few days and have great hopes of returning someday. If you plan on visiting this beautiful area and have a desire to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle of life, you will not regret putting Vista House at the top of your list!"

"We came for a long weekend. We are three high school friends 65+ who meet several times a year at different places. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We walked to the water taxi - about 5 blocks - very easy and a nice walk. There were only 2 chairs on the top deck so we didn't go up there. Not a good view of the harbor, only a lot of roof tops. The only drawback is the parking. We were lucky and found a great spot, but it was the Pirate Festival weekend and we were afraid we would never find a near parking spot if we left the one we had. Walked around the corner to a great local restaurant called Cockeys. The house is not recommended for anyone with disabilities since the stairs are rather steep. There are some repairs to be made. The tub faucet in the bathroom was coming off the wall and the bedroom closet door would not stay on its track. The towel ring came out of the wall and we put it back up. All in all though it was a great rental and we had a fantastic time."

"A girlfriend and I spent a long weekend in this perfect, quiet spot. It is located in a neighborhood with historic homes. The carriage house looks over gorgeous grounds and down to the dock. The rooms are extra large, kitchen well-appointed, all furnishings cozy. There is even a full dining room! Everything clean and neat. We parked the car in the private parking spot (a HUGE plus in this area) then walked all over the historic district and to the Naval Academy. I stayed in other Annapolis lodging before, but this would be my choice for all future trips. The owners were helpful and organized without being at all intrusive. Thank goodness they lent us umbrellas! We took a restaurant recommendation from them and were thrilled with the result. There is a flight of stairs to reach the carriage house. No problem for us, but something to note."
