"We came for a long weekend. We are three high school friends 65+ who meet several times a year at different places. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We walked to the water taxi - about 5 blocks - very easy and a nice walk. There were only 2 chairs on the top deck so we didn't go up there. Not a good view of the harbor, only a lot of roof tops. The only drawback is the parking. We were lucky and found a great spot, but it was the Pirate Festival weekend and we were afraid we would never find a near parking spot if we left the one we had. Walked around the corner to a great local restaurant called Cockeys. The house is not recommended for anyone with disabilities since the stairs are rather steep. There are some repairs to be made. The tub faucet in the bathroom was coming off the wall and the bedroom closet door would not stay on its track. The towel ring came out of the wall and we put it back up. All in all though it was a great rental and we had a fantastic time."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying on the Sojourner. The staff at the Chesapeake Boating Club could not have been any nicer. We arrived Friday afternoon and did not get back into the car until we had to leave on Sunday. This is a unique way to stay near Annapolis. We walked over the bridge into Annapolis and took the sunset sail on the Schooner Woodwind and then took the water taxi back. What made the trip special were the people, not only at the dock but also of Eastport. You are not staying on a luxury Yacht and it is cozy accommodations but it is a fun experience and we plan on returning."

"We celebrated my in-laws 50th Anniversary in this special "church" condo. Vic and Laura have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. I cooked breakfast every morning and found everything I needed. After a day in Annapolis, we enjoyed cocktails in the living room and bell tower. We even watch history....on the flat screen television...the Belmont Stakes and the amazing race of American Pharoah. My father-in-law has bad knees and the elevator was our saving grace. I enjoyed walking to everything....the coffee shop, boutiques, Ego Alley and the great restaurants!! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful Annapolis condo with us for 3 days. We will be back. We highly recommend this location for couples, girls weekend, and special events."

"Some friends and I took a weekend away in Annapolis, and this house was fantastic. I knew by the pictures and reviews that it would be wonderful, but it exceeded my already high expectations, and Carla (the owner) was immediately responsive to any questions I had. There are some minor maintenance items that need to be done, but that will be the same in any rental home. What we didn't expect was how spacious the house was, how incredibly well appointed it is -- from fantastic gas grille to kitchen amenities, multiple rooms to spread out in, sound system ... everything! Perfect house, ideal location, and a great price as well. Stay here! You won't regret it! I'm looking forward to a return trip in the future."
