"It was an amazing time on the property. My friends and i rated it THE BEST SO FAR if you want to escape and enjoy the amazing view of the Chesapeake and wake-up to the river breeze. I will recommend it anytime for a beautiful escape."

"Every year, our family of six does a quick 3-4 day vacation in a city we have never visited before and this year it was Annapolis, MD. We picked this Eastport house mainly because of the size, but after arriving we decided it offered SO much more - great location, great deck and it was more than large enough to hold our family. It quickly became our home away from home and after a few days we realized we should have stayed longer. Prior to arriving, we were concerned about the parking, so we were hoping to walk downtown. A simple, quick walk over the bridge and you are there. We would definitely recommend this property and Pat (Owner) was very accommodating."

"My 91 year old father, 3 adult sons + significant others, husband and I spent 5 nights here while attending a family wedding in the area. We loved that it is secluded yet in a neighborhood and only a mile or two from everything you need. There was plenty of room for us to live happily together. The kitchen is very well stocked and we used the grill several times. The beds are comfortable. If you are bringing an elderly person, there are a lot of steps and the bathrooms are not handicap friendly. The house was clean and well-maintained. While in Annapolis, we took a trolley tour (highly recommend), went to the mall and toured the historic downtown and waterfront. I would definitely recommend this property."
