"This property exceeded all of our expectations. There was plenty of space for sleeping, eating and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms up-to-date. The well-appointed kitchen, grill and screened in porch were ideal for cooking and enjoying meals together. (We actually had reservations in St. Michaels that we canceled because we had such a great time making dinner at the house.) The pool was perfect for lounging/swimming and we had fun trapping crabs off the dock, which was also a wonderful spot for early morning coffee. We didn't take advantage of the kayaks or bikes, but having the option to do so was wonderful. The proximity to St. Michaels was convenient for an ice cream run and window shopping. The owner responded to questions promptly. It was my first VRBO experience and I would definitely stay here again."

"This townhouse made our 4 day stay so much better. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and fully stocked with everything that you will need. There is no need to bring any disposable kitchenware because it is all provided for you in abundance as well as any pots, pans, etc. If you have children, the Jolly Rogers Amusement Park is located just feet away right behind the house and in case of a rainy day the house is stocked with movies, games, and books to keep everyone entertained. The area was very peaceful and serene. The owners were very friendly and the booking process was very easy and they quickly provided you with all of your access to WIFI, poo passes, etc. We now only want to stay here whenever we visit Ocean City. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay."

"The condo is on the 5th floor facing downtown OC and offers nice views from the balcony of the ocean and bay. The condo looks just as the pictures show. The elevator is a plus in this building. It is in close location to walking to several restaurants (Phillips, FishTales, Embers, Blu) as well as activities. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable place. The beds are extremely comfortable. Well stocked with the conveniences of home, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and even a Keurig, so bring your K cups. There are luggage racks near the elevator to make bringing in all your stuff easier. The building itself requires a key to get into it which makes this a very secure location. It is a perfect size for a couple, not sure it would be as comfortable with for a family with more than 1 child but that is just my opinion. The owner, Eric was easy to contact and responded immediately to any questions. He also stayed in contact during our arrival and departure. Seems to be a truly nice man and definitely takes care of his condo. Would definitely stay there again if it's just my husband and myself and not the entire family. It would have been more convenient to have two sets of keys to the building and condo."

"Our family (Myself, My Wife, our 9 and 7 year old sons and our 14 month old daughter) recently spent a week at Gina's lovely home. The condo is in a great location. Across the street there is a pharmacy, restaurants, liquor store and a local candy shop. One to two blocks north or south there are many more restaurants and a grocery store. Having stayed in Ocean City many times this is the best location I have found. The property also has many wonderful amenities. From the balcony we could see the beach/ocean as well the playground, basketball court and three tennis courts. It was very convenient to let our sons run down and play on the playground while we watched from the balcony and enjoyed our morning coffee and the sunrise.
The community also has an on-site movie theatre, playground, arcade, indoor, outdoor & kiddie pool. Our daughter loved the kiddie pool and running through the spraying water. The boys loved the indoor and outdoor pool and how close to the beach we were. We met many very nice families in our time spent at there. There was also a billiard room, sauna and on site restaurant.
Gina's home is wonderful and our family had plenty of space. Although some of the furnishings may seem a bit older, the house had all the basics, including linen, handwashing soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher liquid and several small free "extras" that might have been forgot (children's toothbrush, travel soap/lotion/shampoo etc). The children loved their room and the beds. The couch in the den was very comfy and was perfect for an afternoon nap. The living room was spacious and the boys had no shortage of room to play with their toddler sister, in addition to the wide selection of games and movies that were available. We all enjoyed the balcony and that the master has a door to the balcony as well as the living room. The master bedroom was large enough that numerous times the entire family was hanging out in our room with space to spare.
Also, the security and facility's employees were great. We showed up early to watch a movie in the theater and they were in the midst of a thorough cleaning job. They were very friendly and even pointed us in the direction of popcorn to enjoy with the movie.
Gina was pleasant and we were able to extend our stay an extra night half way through our booked time (because we were having such a great time!) We would definitely come back again!!"
