"We had a mini family reunion in April at The Quay in Ocean City, MD. There were 7 of us, ranging in age from 8 to 86. Everyone had a wonderful time, except for me! I came down with bronchitis on my first full day there and was sick the entire week. I live close to Ocean City, so for me, I didn't miss out on the things to do so much as time with my family.
The condo was the perfect size for so many of us with a wonderful, oceanfront view from the 9th floor. The kitchen work space and eating area were great for so many people. We took turns cooking and everyone was happy with all the kitchen tools available, nothing was missing! We brought our Keurig from home, we're spoiled.
All bedding was comfortable and there was plenty of water pressure. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was perfect with so many of us.
We almost had the entire building to ourselves since it was off season. One of the main reasons we picked this unit was the fun things for an 8 year old. He loved the indoor pool and the game room!
The elevators were being replaced while we were there, but it was never an inconvenience and the men doing the work were polite and helpful. We heard people talking about how slow the elevators used to be and how pleased they are now with the high speed.
I would like to stay again when the weather is warmer, perhaps in the Fall. I wouldn't look for a different unit in this building, this one was great. I would like to see new couches, perhaps, but that would be the only change.
The owners were so easy to work with and provided all the proper information to make our checkin and out a breeze.
The only thing I might see as an issue could be parking during busy Summer months, but I tend to stay away from the beach that time of year so the tourists can enjoy their vacation time.
I look forward to a return visit soon!"

"We have been staying in this place since it was built in 2005 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love the place, the location and the owner in which we rent from. Had another great week and will be back again next year same time, same place :)"

"What a lovely place on a historic tree-lined street right on the water. The unit is just beautiful and immaculate. The beds are very comfy, and the views out every window are heavenly. Ducks and boats everywhere! Walking or jogging around Chestertown is really fun because of the old brick walks and historic houses/buildings. The little Farmers market on Saturdays thru mid Nov are fun, all the residents bring their dogs. The restaurants the owner recommended were super, and we also love the little old book shop. The kitchen is gorgeous. The owner is wonderful. Enjoy, but don't tell anyone :)."

"Our condo at Belmont Towers was absolutely beautiful! It far exceeded our expectations. The pictures online just don't do it justice. It's a lot bigger than we expected and beautifully decorated from top to bottom with lots of little special touches which gives it a real homey feeling. We loved the colors, the sizes of the rooms, and it was so easily accessible to everything. The pool was small but nice and refreshing each day and the gym and sauna are also available.
We enjoyed the fireworks from our ocean front balcony on Monday and Tuesday nights right out in front of us on the beach below. The pier and arcades and rides were all just a short walk of about two blocks from Belmont and that was great. It really wasn't very noisy being right over the boardwalk. We were surprised!
We found a few wonderful spots to eat but our favorite this time was MACKEY's on the bay side. it was very family friendly. We went out to Assateague Island which is also a short drive from Belmont Towers, the little historic town of Berlin , where Runaway Bride was filmed and also drove to Fenwick Island to see the lighthouse there.
We really enjoyed our stay. The parking in the building allows for two vehicles per unit and the security in the building made us feel very safe. Everything was very well lit and maintained. We felt very secure leaving our belongings in our Unit. All of these things made for a very comfortable and enjoyable vacation for part of our family. We're hoping to come back next year with more family members. We would highly recommend this to our family and friends.
The owner of this property was very nice to deal with and very accommodating. She was happy to answer all our questions and offered good suggestions."
