"We were a family with 2 kids and five adults. The property was in great condition and Bob and Donna were available for anything we needed. On this trip, we were able to enjoy great seafood, fish at numerous locations (Matapeake, Romancoke, Terrapin Park), rent a fishing charter, enjoy the beach and take in a day trip to Washington D.C. It is a great location to serve those who have family members with different vacation styles!
We absolutely enjoyed every minute."

"My son got married on June 5, 2015 and we needed a place to stay on the eastern shore so that we didn't have to drive back and forth across the Bay Bridge. We stayed two nights and had 10-12 people in the house. It was wonderful!! It was clean, great views of the water, bedrooms were ample size and even had a "Captain's Quarters" complete with water view, sunken tub and sky lights. The beds were big and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, had a dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc... There was also an attached "bungalow" as we called it, that had a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. We had the use of bicycles and boats (not motor boats) if we wanted. There was even a tiki bar and Jacuzzi outside! Just a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We would love to stay again when life isn't so hectic so we could really enjoy everything about the house!! It was a pleasure from start to finish!!"

"We stayed here with our kids and loved watching the Chesapeake Bay from the porch and hot tub. There is something really special about viewing the Bay Bridge in the middle of the night with its lights flashing. The kids loved watching the big cargo ships move up and down the bay. We had fun using our paddle boards off the dock and playing in the water. We did not get a chance to do this, but Kent Island has a great bike trail and nature trail that is only a couple miles away from this spot. The owners were great to work with - responsive and accommodating."

"We once again enjoyed our stay on Kent Island using this lovely family home. We had both of our daughters and their families with us filling the entire 5 bedroom home. Although the weather was very hot while we were there, we found shade at the picnic table and hammock along with a gentle breeze in the late afternoon. It was very conveniently located for trips in Annapolis, even though we spent most of the time on Kent Island. We would recommend this home for families because of the roomy nature of the house and the wonderful yard overlooking the ship traffic on the Chesapeake Bay. The owner was responsive to a specific needs in a timely manner. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking with a large family. We hope to return again to this property."
