"We had an excellent week long family reunion vacation at Brittland Manor. Natalie was helpful and informative both in the booking process and in directing us as we settled in. The house is more a mansion than a typical vacation rental. There are so many rooms and places to hang out that everyone had fun and a place to be.We were a very large group and still, there were so many rooms, and the outdoors were so beautiful and attractive that no one felt cramped. We enjoyed the sparkling clean pool and fishing in the river. Rusty, the caretaker was cheerful and ever so helpful. The mattresses were so comfortable, there was an endless amount of towels, little toothpastes and shampoos in each bathroom, to name some of the appreciated amenities.
We've rented many vacation homes but Brittland Manor was hands down the best choice ever. Thanks!"

"Our condo at Belmont Towers was absolutely beautiful! It far exceeded our expectations. The pictures online just don't do it justice. It's a lot bigger than we expected and beautifully decorated from top to bottom with lots of little special touches which gives it a real homey feeling. We loved the colors, the sizes of the rooms, and it was so easily accessible to everything. The pool was small but nice and refreshing each day and the gym and sauna are also available.
We enjoyed the fireworks from our ocean front balcony on Monday and Tuesday nights right out in front of us on the beach below. The pier and arcades and rides were all just a short walk of about two blocks from Belmont and that was great. It really wasn't very noisy being right over the boardwalk. We were surprised!
We found a few wonderful spots to eat but our favorite this time was MACKEY's on the bay side. it was very family friendly. We went out to Assateague Island which is also a short drive from Belmont Towers, the little historic town of Berlin , where Runaway Bride was filmed and also drove to Fenwick Island to see the lighthouse there.
We really enjoyed our stay. The parking in the building allows for two vehicles per unit and the security in the building made us feel very safe. Everything was very well lit and maintained. We felt very secure leaving our belongings in our Unit. All of these things made for a very comfortable and enjoyable vacation for part of our family. We're hoping to come back next year with more family members. We would highly recommend this to our family and friends.
The owner of this property was very nice to deal with and very accommodating. She was happy to answer all our questions and offered good suggestions."

"Easy communication with the owner and exactly as pictured. Thanks for accommodating a slightly early arrival. Easy access to the beach and centrally located, but away from the hustle of the boardwalk. Well-stocked kitchen and beach gear (chairs, shovels, etc)."

"The photos of the place does not do this rental justice. The condo is a lot bigger than we were expecting.
Pros: property is beside Northside Park. The boys (14, 10, 10) went crabbing and fishing almost every morning. Northside Park is also great for running and keeping off that vacation weight :)
we were very grateful for the items in the locker room: crabbing stuff, beach chairs. They came in very handy during our stay.
Although,125th street is 125 blocks away from 1st street (ie. a bit far from the boardwalk and main action - 10-15 min drive), the location wasn't much of a hassle, as the beach is the same wherever you are, which is 2 blocks walk across HWY 1 (safer than it sounds, as there are stop lights).
Cons: It was a bit inconvenient to not have a proper chef's knife in the kitchen. Other than that, we had everything we needed, and even some typical spices in the cupboard.
Overall, the rental process was very smooth. Dennis was quick to answer questions through email and followed up until the day we arrived. Would stay again. Thanks."
