  • Incredible condo with extraordinary views

"I have stayed in this condo several times and I felt the need to write a review based on the last review I read. This condo is very large, has three bedrooms plus three full baths and a powder room off of the kitchen. The views are extraordinary, and the property has three decks: a large common deck with a pier and dock for each unit, a deck off of the living room, and a deck off of the master bedroom on the second floor. All of them look out on the bay. The kitchen is adequate and there is a grill in the carport for grilling your meats and fish. You do need to move the grill to the parking lot according to fire code but that is easy since the grill has wheels. Dining on the living room deck is great with space for at least 6, and 8 if needed. A Green Turtle is at the end of the street and for higher end dining, JULES restaurant is in the Food Lion shopping center next to the Turtle. Plenty of parking and the incredible location and views are perfect for the family who wants Ocean City stays without the noise of being close to Coastal Highway. This property is about a 1/4 mile off the hwy, which is perfect for noise abatement! The OC bus stop is at the end of the street at the Green Turtle. The bus will take you everywhere you want to go."

  • Great location!

"My husband and I were here in early March with our two small children. The owner was very pleasant to work with and the condo met all of our needs. You won't find another oceanfront rental anywhere in OC like this one. You can sit in the kitchen, living room or 2nd story balcony and watch the sunrise or moon on the ocean. The sound is incredible. This is a great place to stay with small children that go to sleep early because you can continue to take in the beach after they are asleep, while only being one room away. The day we got there was a bit windy so we followed the owner's recommendation and let our kids have sand play under the building (it's on stilts). It was a perfect outdoor retreat from wind and rain and the kids still got to make their sandcastles. The kitchen and bath are clean and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Wi-fi worked great and there is a very nice TV with DVD/VHS. We had a wonderful time staying here."

  • Relaxing Getaway

"This town home was a home away from home. It had all the comforts of home and the owner was very accommodating! We spent our days at the beach and relaxed by the pool in the afternoons! We visited Bethany Beach and the Ocean City Boardwalk. We rented a boat located around the corner for the day, dined in and dinned out at Harpoon Hannah's (great food). We also enjoyed the small water park located by mini golf. Thanks for a wonderful week in a great location! We hope to be back soon! My only suggestion would be an 11am checkout."

  • Great weekend getaway with friends

"Six friends, a toddler, and a dog needed a quiet weekend out of DC, and this was a great house for that! We loved the open layout of the kitchen/dining/living room space, which made it so easy for cooking and lounging all together. The fenced yard was great for the dog and the new playground across the street was a hit with the toddler. Despite a rainy forecast we made it to the beach both days--Fenwick Island State Park was an easy walk from the house. Since it was the off season, the town was really quiet, but we were happy to just grab a snack at Fisher's Popcorn and then prepare all of our meals back at the house. A few of us made the quick drive up the coast to the outlets, which was a treat. We also took advantage of the fireplace! We'll have to come back when it's warmer to enjoy the great porch."
