"We stayed here in 2015 with five adults and three toddlers. It was a very nice house, close to the beach, and with all the amenities we needed.
The owner provided excellent service, as we initially had some trouble with the water turning off and getting the TV to work, but Eric was always quick to respond to a text message."

"My family of four (including 2 young kids) had a great time staying in this condo. Outside was peaceful and quiet, due to the fact that it's located on St. Louis Avenue, much less busy than the Coastal Highway/Baltimore Avenue areas. Three short blocks to boardwalk and beach, and one block to a fishing pier.
The unit is comfortable. Big living area with TV, books, games. Nice sized kitchen with plenty of plates, utensils, equipment, etc. Hardwood floors throughout, which look great (they were apparently recently refinished). Didn't need to use the A/C during our trip, but the heat worked well. Bathroom is small, but functional.
Definitely a great value in OC. Not the biggest or fanciest place, but well stocked and fully functional for a family vacation. I would definitely go back."

"We stayed two nights at this condo in Ocean City and wished we could have stayed longer. The condo is at a great location (around 115th st) and in very good shape, well equipped and a great price. The views are wonderful from the 18th floor and has great access to the beach. The balcony is nicely sized and has plenty of chairs and a table. We definitely would return!"

"My recent stay at this townhouse was my first trip in Ocean City, MD and my first time using VRBO. I was very happy with both of these firsts. The house is all about the view from the deck! WOW! We watched dolphins swim by every morning, drank coffee as the sun came up and just had a nice place to relax if we needed it and still have a nice view. It was like being on the beach from our house! Amazing. The house itself was a solid beach house. It was not the Ritz, but it was comfortable, clean, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed, and had very easy access to the beach. It was very hard to find a place on the beach that allowed dogs; this place was just what we needed. And, did I mention the awesome view!!! The one thing about the deck is that these are townhouses and so all of the decks are right next to each other. It worked out for us since the adjacent townhouses were empty when we we there. But, if they were occupied, the decks wouldn't be very private. Not a big deal for us, but just to be upfront in case that is what someone is looking for. The house is about 15 minutes drive north of the boardwalk. We ended up using the town's bus shuttle that ran along the coastal highway. It was only $3 per person per day and so we didn't have to drive, if we didn't want to. I liked being up north where it was quieter and more family friendly. For the rental, I dealt with Mike, the owner, and he was very responsive. He answered all of my questions - and I had a lot since this was my first time using VRBO. And, despite what others have said below, we received our key deposit back within a week. At the end of the day, I would definitely go back and would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay right on the beach with their kids and their dogs. Great rental!"
