"Arrived on a Thursday morning with a group of 5 guys and stayed until Sunday
The condo itself was very nice, looks just like the pictures
The 2 bathrooms was definitely a plus, and the AC blew nice and cold
The balcony was a great spot to hangout too!
The door has a combination lock, which was great not having to worry about sharing keys between you and your friends!
The best part about this condo is the location, literally just steps to the beach, about a 7 minute walk to seacrets, a 10 minute walk to mackys, and a 15 minute walk to fagers island, walking distance to the 3 best spots (in my opinion) on the strip
The only downside (which is not really a downside) I can see to this condo is the steps, if you are older or disabled or just plain dont want to deal with stairs, you do have to walk up 3 flights to get to the room, not a big deal at all tho
Remember this is a condo not a hotel, if you plan on staying you should bring these items:
*extra garbage bags
*toilet paper (other toiletries such as soap & shampoo)
*towels (body and hand)
Oh yeah and Nancy was a pleasure to deal with, I will most definitely be back again next year!"

"First off the owners are amazing. I had a hiccup with a realtor company in DE. I was so upset and distraught for a week I called different places to see it if we could rent. I felt like our holiday weekend would be cancelled and lo and behold the owners came to my rescue.
The place is huge it looks right over the bay. There are 3 bedrooms: a master suite, a queen and 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a brand new fridge. The porch (where I spent a majority of the time has a nice sized table and an electric grill. That grill saved my family as no one wants to cook on vaca. The house smells great and feels homey.
Of course there was somethings I didnt like. The master suite: you can tell some water might have flooded the carpets a bit. But it wasnt bad enough for you to really notice.
All in all the owners were a true blessing. I slept so good and I cant wait to visit again.
Thank you thank you"

"We stayed two nights at this condo in Ocean City and wished we could have stayed longer. The condo is at a great location (around 115th st) and in very good shape, well equipped and a great price. The views are wonderful from the 18th floor and has great access to the beach. The balcony is nicely sized and has plenty of chairs and a table. We definitely would return!"

"We, 4 adults and 6 teens, had a great stay at this gorgeous waterfront property during two weeks this summer. We had such a good time that we did not want to leave…Moreover, the owner (Chris) was very pleasant to deal with. We will most probably come back next year !
We do agree with all the great reviews below and offer the following tips:
> Ocean City has some strict fire codes that preclude any open flames (including grills) on the decks of attached houses. So think about bringing a little grill if you want to BBQ as you are allowed to grill in front of the house.
> If you are a horse lover, go to Assateague Island to see the wild horses. We tought this was a tourist trap but there are really plenty to see. Also, the beach over there is very nice and not as busy as OC.
