"We stayed two nights at this condo in Ocean City and wished we could have stayed longer. The condo is at a great location (around 115th st) and in very good shape, well equipped and a great price. The views are wonderful from the 18th floor and has great access to the beach. The balcony is nicely sized and has plenty of chairs and a table. We definitely would return!"

"My family and I have visited OC, MD several times. We seem to always stay at the SeaWatch and are always satisfied. Needless to say, this trip was no different. Although this time, we choose to book straight through VRBO instead of using a Realtor. VERY SUCCESSFUL! Melinda was terrific to work with (extremely accommodating and professional) and her condo was perfect for our family. Just the right amount of room for everyone and the ocean view was beautiful. Looking forward to next year’s vacation already! Thanks for a wonderful trip and the memories!"

"Our family (Myself, My Wife, our 9 and 7 year old sons and our 14 month old daughter) recently spent a week at Gina's lovely home. The condo is in a great location. Across the street there is a pharmacy, restaurants, liquor store and a local candy shop. One to two blocks north or south there are many more restaurants and a grocery store. Having stayed in Ocean City many times this is the best location I have found. The property also has many wonderful amenities. From the balcony we could see the beach/ocean as well the playground, basketball court and three tennis courts. It was very convenient to let our sons run down and play on the playground while we watched from the balcony and enjoyed our morning coffee and the sunrise.
The community also has an on-site movie theatre, playground, arcade, indoor, outdoor & kiddie pool. Our daughter loved the kiddie pool and running through the spraying water. The boys loved the indoor and outdoor pool and how close to the beach we were. We met many very nice families in our time spent at there. There was also a billiard room, sauna and on site restaurant.
Gina's home is wonderful and our family had plenty of space. Although some of the furnishings may seem a bit older, the house had all the basics, including linen, handwashing soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher liquid and several small free "extras" that might have been forgot (children's toothbrush, travel soap/lotion/shampoo etc). The children loved their room and the beds. The couch in the den was very comfy and was perfect for an afternoon nap. The living room was spacious and the boys had no shortage of room to play with their toddler sister, in addition to the wide selection of games and movies that were available. We all enjoyed the balcony and that the master has a door to the balcony as well as the living room. The master bedroom was large enough that numerous times the entire family was hanging out in our room with space to spare.
Also, the security and facility's employees were great. We showed up early to watch a movie in the theater and they were in the midst of a thorough cleaning job. They were very friendly and even pointed us in the direction of popcorn to enjoy with the movie.
Gina was pleasant and we were able to extend our stay an extra night half way through our booked time (because we were having such a great time!) We would definitely come back again!!"
