"This condo was perfect for our first visit to ocean city, MD. The owner is very nice and helpful with any questions I had. The pictures are exactly what you get with no surprises. Unit seemed to be very clean and well maintained. I would rent this condo again in a heart beat and look forward to doing so. Our group had an awesome time and the location could not be any better. No need to move your vehicle with the bus stop a block away. $3 gets you anywhere up and down the strip for the entire day. Only reason to move the car is to food shop. Walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The air conditioner makes some noise, but no more than a window unit some still use at home. Like the others said, the keyless entry was an excellent feature. The only downfall we had was we only booked 1 week! All in all a great experience and look forward to renting again."

"While living in MD I had visited St. Michaels and decided that it would be a great place to have my Dad's 90th Birthday. There was a mix of adults and children. All I can say is this vacation was beyond my expectations. My Dad and I decided that this was one of the best vacations we ever had My Father uses a cane to walk and there were not a lot of steps and he had no troublr getting around. Nancy and her brother were very helpful. The pool was wonderful and very clean, and the house was beautiful. We have already started talking about our vacation next year and think St Michaels would be a great place to go."

"We had a mini family reunion in April at The Quay in Ocean City, MD. There were 7 of us, ranging in age from 8 to 86. Everyone had a wonderful time, except for me! I came down with bronchitis on my first full day there and was sick the entire week. I live close to Ocean City, so for me, I didn't miss out on the things to do so much as time with my family.
The condo was the perfect size for so many of us with a wonderful, oceanfront view from the 9th floor. The kitchen work space and eating area were great for so many people. We took turns cooking and everyone was happy with all the kitchen tools available, nothing was missing! We brought our Keurig from home, we're spoiled.
All bedding was comfortable and there was plenty of water pressure. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was perfect with so many of us.
We almost had the entire building to ourselves since it was off season. One of the main reasons we picked this unit was the fun things for an 8 year old. He loved the indoor pool and the game room!
The elevators were being replaced while we were there, but it was never an inconvenience and the men doing the work were polite and helpful. We heard people talking about how slow the elevators used to be and how pleased they are now with the high speed.
I would like to stay again when the weather is warmer, perhaps in the Fall. I wouldn't look for a different unit in this building, this one was great. I would like to see new couches, perhaps, but that would be the only change.
The owners were so easy to work with and provided all the proper information to make our checkin and out a breeze.
The only thing I might see as an issue could be parking during busy Summer months, but I tend to stay away from the beach that time of year so the tourists can enjoy their vacation time.
I look forward to a return visit soon!"
