"We were looking for the right place to stay during the Ironman Triathlon and this was it. Our nephew was doing his first Ironman and was able to do training here and relax in preparation for the big day. It is minutes from St. Michaels and an easy 30 minute drive to Cambridge for the triathlon. The property is spacious and affords lots of privacy. Our stay was too short to take full advantage of the facilities... bikes, canoes, etc. But we had time to lounge by the pool (a little cold for swimming on this day) while appreciating the sunset and watching the geese in Barretts Cove.
The house was comfortable and large so everyone had his own space. The kitchen had everything we needed except maybe a blender. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well lighted. Even though the nights were unseasonably cold, the house was warm and comfortable. The owners were helpful and friendly. It was clear that they care deeply about the property and hope to make each visit memorable for their guests.
This is the perfect place for small family reunions and weekend social events for friends."

"This place is top notch. We, the two couples that stayed here totally enjoyed our stay, the condo was in excellent condition, great layout, balconies overlooking the ocean, seating the 4 of us very comfortably, with a smaller balcony overlooking the bay.The rooms were all good size, clean, decorated very nicely, and the keyless entry is a great idea. The owner is fantastic, accommodating, and definitely wants you to enjoy your stay."

"We spent a week here with extended family (grandparents, siblings, grandchildren) and were very happy with this lovely home. The location, south of St. Michaels, is excellent - it is quiet, but close enough to town to make grocery or dinner trips easy. We loved kayaking around the calm, shallow creek, letting the kids play on the shore or in the pool, or playing frisbee in the grassy front yard. Don't forget to bring your bikes - this is an excellent area for bicycling, with a wide shoulder lane most of the time. We biked from the house down to the end of Tilghman Island, in a loop that included a trip on the sweet little Oxford-Bellevue ferry, and to St. Michaels to sample the beer at the Eastern Shore Brewery. The house is well stocked for cooking crabs (you can buy them live or cooked just minutes away). My mom, who has trouble walking, enjoyed sitting in the sun room and watching the resident osprey and terns fish while the grandkids played. This was our first time on the Eastern Shore, and we're hoping to make it a yearly tradition!"

"Our family (Myself, My Wife, our 9 and 7 year old sons and our 14 month old daughter) recently spent a week at Gina's lovely home. The condo is in a great location. Across the street there is a pharmacy, restaurants, liquor store and a local candy shop. One to two blocks north or south there are many more restaurants and a grocery store. Having stayed in Ocean City many times this is the best location I have found. The property also has many wonderful amenities. From the balcony we could see the beach/ocean as well the playground, basketball court and three tennis courts. It was very convenient to let our sons run down and play on the playground while we watched from the balcony and enjoyed our morning coffee and the sunrise.
The community also has an on-site movie theatre, playground, arcade, indoor, outdoor & kiddie pool. Our daughter loved the kiddie pool and running through the spraying water. The boys loved the indoor and outdoor pool and how close to the beach we were. We met many very nice families in our time spent at there. There was also a billiard room, sauna and on site restaurant.
Gina's home is wonderful and our family had plenty of space. Although some of the furnishings may seem a bit older, the house had all the basics, including linen, handwashing soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher liquid and several small free "extras" that might have been forgot (children's toothbrush, travel soap/lotion/shampoo etc). The children loved their room and the beds. The couch in the den was very comfy and was perfect for an afternoon nap. The living room was spacious and the boys had no shortage of room to play with their toddler sister, in addition to the wide selection of games and movies that were available. We all enjoyed the balcony and that the master has a door to the balcony as well as the living room. The master bedroom was large enough that numerous times the entire family was hanging out in our room with space to spare.
Also, the security and facility's employees were great. We showed up early to watch a movie in the theater and they were in the midst of a thorough cleaning job. They were very friendly and even pointed us in the direction of popcorn to enjoy with the movie.
Gina was pleasant and we were able to extend our stay an extra night half way through our booked time (because we were having such a great time!) We would definitely come back again!!"
