"We had a very nice stay at the Garrish Retreat in mid September. The condo is very nicely decorated, well maintained and in a great location. Being pet friendly was a huge bonus for us. The neighborhood is also well-suited for walking (with or without your dog) and was very quiet and peaceful. The 94th street location is very convenient to so many places, especially to one of our favorite restaurants (Liquid Assets) yet removed from the hustle and noise of Coastal Highway.
The condo itself was nice and spacious and provided room for everyone to move about and relax. The dining room table was well-suited for our crab-picking dinner and the kitchen was stocked with all the essential equipment. As the description mentions each of the upstairs bedrooms has its own connected bath which is really nice for couples sharing the condo.
The view from the deck was very cool and while the weather wasn’t the best during our stay it still afforded us a nice place to relax and catch some nice views of the bay. I have to say that the dog was a bit puzzled when he was sitting on the deck with me and a couple floated by in their kayak.
Dawn was great to work with and very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend the Garrish Retreat and expect we’ll be happy to visit it again next year ourselves."

"Arrived on a Thursday morning with a group of 5 guys and stayed until Sunday
The condo itself was very nice, looks just like the pictures
The 2 bathrooms was definitely a plus, and the AC blew nice and cold
The balcony was a great spot to hangout too!
The door has a combination lock, which was great not having to worry about sharing keys between you and your friends!
The best part about this condo is the location, literally just steps to the beach, about a 7 minute walk to seacrets, a 10 minute walk to mackys, and a 15 minute walk to fagers island, walking distance to the 3 best spots (in my opinion) on the strip
The only downside (which is not really a downside) I can see to this condo is the steps, if you are older or disabled or just plain dont want to deal with stairs, you do have to walk up 3 flights to get to the room, not a big deal at all tho
Remember this is a condo not a hotel, if you plan on staying you should bring these items:
*extra garbage bags
*toilet paper (other toiletries such as soap & shampoo)
*towels (body and hand)
Oh yeah and Nancy was a pleasure to deal with, I will most definitely be back again next year!"

"We can't say enough nice things about our stay....from the time we arrived until the time
We had to leave. This home was beautiful, every room.... It had a very warm and
inviting feeling. We settled in right away. Fully equipped kitchen ( they had everything ).
Bedrooms and bathrooms well designed. Nice and quiet surroundings. Even our dogs
enjoyed their stay. Easy access to local stores ( food, gas, etc ). Just across the bridge
from Ocean City and other activities. Would recommend this home to adults, children,
and pets. The owner was more then accomendating with our concerns for our pets.
If and when we travel back to this area we would definetly try to rent this home again."

"We spent a week here with extended family (grandparents, siblings, grandchildren) and were very happy with this lovely home. The location, south of St. Michaels, is excellent - it is quiet, but close enough to town to make grocery or dinner trips easy. We loved kayaking around the calm, shallow creek, letting the kids play on the shore or in the pool, or playing frisbee in the grassy front yard. Don't forget to bring your bikes - this is an excellent area for bicycling, with a wide shoulder lane most of the time. We biked from the house down to the end of Tilghman Island, in a loop that included a trip on the sweet little Oxford-Bellevue ferry, and to St. Michaels to sample the beer at the Eastern Shore Brewery. The house is well stocked for cooking crabs (you can buy them live or cooked just minutes away). My mom, who has trouble walking, enjoyed sitting in the sun room and watching the resident osprey and terns fish while the grandkids played. This was our first time on the Eastern Shore, and we're hoping to make it a yearly tradition!"
