"Chesabelle was a wonderful getaway. It has a beautiful view and was quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the screened in porch with a view of the glistening bay. My 2 dogs enjoyed swimming in the bay, romping on the beach and daily walks on quiet roads. We walked the beach daily collecting shells and stones. The bikes were a great addition to explore the area. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to be pampered, soaking in the old fashioned tub and the dual shower heads with wonderful smelling shower gels and soaks. We went to Flag Ponds Nature Park to walk the beach and look for fossils. Nice place to spend the day, it has wonderful large beach and nature trails ( 1/2 hour away) .Chesabelle was a very nice getaway and was very tempted to add an extra day. Our pup Jasper did not want to leave.
Just for reference if you come out of season 2 local restaurants ( within 15 minutes away) are closed. We were here the beginning of May.Check out St Inigoes General store for carryout subs, salads, breakfast and daily specials that is close to Chesabelle."

"This was our second stay at Paradise Found. It is a great location for beach lovers, right on the bay, calm shallow water, natural beach area, and a friendly safe community. The house is VERY well appointed, comfortable and beautiful. It is an excellent rental for pets with a secure fenced in side yard and several tie out runs. The caretakers collect the trash everyday and it is appreciated. I would definitely stay again."

"This was our 3rd time staying in one of the properties in Scotland Yards. Kentigern is a very well equipped home with views second to none!! We did have an issue when we arrived with the cleaning service. We found what looked like someone had started to clean but had not finished as the floor in the kitchen had not been vacuumed or mopped. There were dirty linens left by the door too. The bathroom in the penthouse suite needed additional cleaning as well. I will say once our call was made to the property manager a cleaning person was sent and the issue was resolved.
With that said, I would return to this area without hesitation. It is great for bike riding, a trip to Buzzy's, Point Lookout, and Slack Winery!"

"We could not have had a better time! The house was fully equipped with all the necessities. We especially enjoyed the large porch on the waterside with a huge table for meals and hard crabs that the owners arranged for us. We spent our days on the pier, starting with morning coffee and ending with wine and sunset. Our children swam and had great fun in the kayaks. The community is quiet and we were able to ride bikes to the nearby marina for Sunday morning breakfast. Just a delightful place. We will certainly be back!"
