"Perfect location! We had a wonderful stay in this immaculate condo. Parking was perfect in a shaded lot under the condos. Short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, etc. the kitchen was fully stocked with all the plates, cooking utensils and cups we needed. Condo is spacious with lots of room. Would stay there again! Already planning next year."Guest: Sandy S. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 5, 2014View listing
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place has everything you could want (even a Cuisinart food processor). My husband, our three children and two spouses, and our 20-month grandchild joined in on a week at the lake and we all agreed that it’s the best lake house we’ve stayed in. We always spend a week or two on a lake each summer for the last 12 years. It’s a great house and property! The house is well maintained and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable. My husband loved how the master bedroom was on a different wing of the house, very quiet. The common areas (dining, living, deck) are large. The deck is great and there is a well-maintained hot tub off it which we never used though it looked very inviting. You are set back from the lake, not too far. You see the lake from the house and deck and because of the way they landscaped the property you feel close. Instead of undergrowth under the trees they somehow have moss growing from the deck all of the way to the lake. It’s a magical! The property is pretty level, easy walking for the 20 month-old. There is an extensive dock and seating by the lake with a fire ring, very nice. Nice place to watch the sunset. You are pretty insulated from the neighbors. It’s quiet and secluded. We worked with Stevi Lutheran. She was marvelous in fielding our questions, etc. She’s top notch and made the rental process easy"Guest: Kirsten Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 28, 2014View listing
"We stayed at the Kiwi Villas condo and could not have been happier. If you've happened across this property, look no further, rent it. The main floor is very roomy, has a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and everything is very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was decorated tastefully "beachy." The location is an easy walk to everything in downtown OC so we were able to park our cars in the garage (2 SUV's fit pretty easily) and did not need them again. The location was perfect for teenagers to walk to the boardwalk at night without worry. I would not hesitate to recommend these condos to anyone."Guest: Kelly S.
