  • Great house in a great town

"Really enjoyed this house. It's a great location in a very nice neighborhood. The swimming area at the lake is a short walk, has lifeguards and is perfect for younger kids. Well furnished, spacious kitchen, good quality furnishings and linens, very nice baths. Great Barrington is a wonderful town in a very beautiful part of the world, and there is so much to do within an hour's drive. This was our second summer renting from the owner (we stayed at her other house a couple blocks away last year) and she is great to work with."

  • A great escape

"This house was a fantastic getaway for our family. It has rooms everywhere, and charm such as a wood burning stove, stained glass doors, and incredible wood detailing. An updated kitchen and plenty of bath towels, as well as wifi and satellite tv made it an enjoyable and easy two week stay. The location was a bit further south than we normally stay in the Berkshires, but we discovered the delicious coffee of the nearby Southfield Store and hiked a very kid-friendly hike at Campbell Falls in northern CT, and Great Barrington was a short and incredibly scenic drive away. Truly a wonderful escape, including a beautiful lap pool and lots of interesting landscaping (blueberry bushes, pear and plum trees and more). The owners were lovely to deal with and answered any questions promptly."

  • A Lovely Cabin, a perfect Berkshires experience!

"An adorable, clean cabin. It certainly is a special place. The yard is amazing. Our cocker spaniel, Otis, had an awesome time in the yard. There is no better place than sitting on the porch reading and enjoying the peace and quite. The foliage was just what we hoped for. You get such a sense of how much of a dog lover the owner is, as you can see it in all the personal touches throughout the cabin. Thanks again for allowing us to spend time in your adorable cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and we hope to make it back. I would definitely recommend a visit."

  • Beautiful Property

"Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. The main floor is open and is the living area. Bedrooms are up and downstairs. No need to use those floors unless going to bed or showering so it worked very well for us since we had small children. The porch was amazing. W loved the access to the pond and used the canoe daily with my kids. The rickety dock was not as scary as it sounded! The location was perfect. Secluded on a gravel road but only 10 minutes from Lee. It was also equidistant from Great Barrington and Pittsfield so we could explore all of the places around. Very close to Tanglewood as well. Robin was helpful and gave us great tips for hiking and swimming places."
