"Thank you for letting us rent your home! We and a wonderful family vacation! the 1822 house is a perfect spot for a large group who wants to be together, cook and enjoy all the the Berkshires has to offer. The home is large and spacious and you never feel crowded or on top of your fellow vacationers. It is stocked with all of the amenities one can need and is conveniently located next to food stores, shopping centers, and cute downtown business districts. We definitely recommend the Chili at the Pub at the Red Lyon Inn!
Kevin, the property manager is very responsive and answers all questions immediately.
we give this home two thumbs up!"

"We spent our family vacation here this summer and we had an absolutely fantastic time. My little kids had a blast swimming both in the big pool and the hot tub, which was actually a wonderful way to get in the water on a cool morning. The bedrooms were great, including tons of bathrooms, most connected to the rooms themselves. The porches are outstanding; not only did we play board games on the screened in porch until all hours but we sat on the open decks watching blasting thunderstorms over the lake and an incredible meteor shower late into the night. The kitchen was great and bar area were perfect, and there were so many spices and extras stocked in the pantry that we didn't have to run out for every little thing.
Jeff, the owner is pleasant and easy going to deal with, and really just made the vacation so relaxing and stress free. We would definitely recommend this house for a wonderful vacation in the Berkshires."

"The cottage was very cute. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Becket. There's lots to see and do in the area, and the cottage was very secluded and relaxing after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this to others."

"Situated just acros a very busy (and noisy) Rt. 7 from Williams College, this was an excellent location from which to base excursions to various cultural experiences in the Berkshires. The Wiliamstown Theatre Festival (based in the Willams College Theatre) was a five minute walk across the street, the Clark Art Institute a fifteen minute walk down Rt. 7, the Bennington VT Music Festival (chamber music) was a twenty minute drive and Tanglewood approximately forty-five minutes to an hour drive. The house itself was simple and adequate (a bit dusty and cob-webby when we arrived) with a large fenced-in back yard which was great for our dog, a fully equipped kitchen and generally comfortable living quarters. A couple of quibbles: many light bulbs were burned out upon our arrival (which we replaced from the house store room supply) and the one bed that could accommodate my 6'4" height was "cratered" from what appeared to be an unsupported bed frame. Otherwise, it served our needs well for the week."
