  • Beautiful! Will be back!

"We had a wonderful long weekend in your beautiful cabin. We were so pleased to find a place that felt cozy as home with a warm ambiance, nice furniture and a huge picture window of the meadow and mountains. Although the cabin is not large overall, the living room, screened porch and kitchen are roomy and generous. The kitchen is well appointed. It was such a nice setting that we decided to stay home for dinner instead of going out; cooked some fantastic steaks on the grill. (The meat market at Guido's.) I will also remember the breakfasts on the porch, lazy and tranquil. Thanks so much Jonathan for sharing this treasure!"

  • We would definitely stay here again!!

"My family and I rented this house for the winter season. The house is very charming. It has hardwood floors throughout and decorated nicely. Additionally, it is fully equipt with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. I think one of my favortie things about the house is its location. It is nestled at the bottom of a hill and surounded by beautiful trees. There is a little stream that runs in front of the property. It is minutes away from dowtown Stockbridge and a short drive to downtown Great Barrington. The owners are professional and very nice. We will definitely be back next year."

  • New Year's visit from Australia

"The house was very well set up for our party of 8 - two familes. Cosy living rooms, a large kitchen and dining table to easily accommodate everyone. The property is very quiet, set well back from the road and conveniently located 15 minutes from Great Barrington. Highlights were expedition up Race Brook falls (trail head is 500m away), Bartholemew's Cobble and great dinner at the Stagecoach Tavern (1 minute drive!)."

  • Very Nice - Excellent - Outstanding

"We rented this outstanding property the day after Christmas for a long weekend (10 Adults - ages 23 thru 54) and everyone loved the place. The property was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and relax - the place has a great set-up for all the bedrooms - beds and linens are of very high quality. The kitchen has everything you need (we had some great meals and we had plenty of room to all eat together). The living room and sun room are great for hanging out and enjoying whatever activity you plan on doing (reading a good book- watching the big screen TV - playing cards or board games while enjoying a nice warm fire). Plenty of space to all hang together but the layout of the house allows for everyone to enjoy their own space if they are looking for some quiet time. Also this is a great location for doing multiple activities (running/walking/ice skating - if the weather cooperates skating on the lake would be awesome but there are 2 indoor rinks within 20 minutes if the lake is not frozen - skiing). Also place is very conveniently located to all area attractions. All in all a great winter weekend get away - would recommend this place for a family gathering of all ages. Looking forward to returning again."
