"This older home has so much character. The setting is convenient to Great Barrington and Stockbridge. It has a lovely property complete with a river running through it. The owners thoughtfully supplied everything we needed including soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. This was a wonderful find. I will definitely stay here again."

"It was wonderful to stay in a nice apartment in the middle of small town Lee. Great walks, nice dinners, and central to everything. Wi-Fi worked, kitchen was beautiful and sitting rooms were comfortable. We would stay again."

"We rented this lovely home for four days around a Saturday wedding, with guests arriving on Thursday and Friday and staying overnight, then with the wedding on Saturday with additional guests there for the ceremony and party. We entertained about 18 people quite easily on the back patio, with seating and tables for all. The Owner was very helpful with additional chairs and other advice. The yard and gardens were beautifully full of greenery and flowers which made for great pictures. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants an upscale, quiet getaway in the Berkshires."

"Situated just acros a very busy (and noisy) Rt. 7 from Williams College, this was an excellent location from which to base excursions to various cultural experiences in the Berkshires. The Wiliamstown Theatre Festival (based in the Willams College Theatre) was a five minute walk across the street, the Clark Art Institute a fifteen minute walk down Rt. 7, the Bennington VT Music Festival (chamber music) was a twenty minute drive and Tanglewood approximately forty-five minutes to an hour drive. The house itself was simple and adequate (a bit dusty and cob-webby when we arrived) with a large fenced-in back yard which was great for our dog, a fully equipped kitchen and generally comfortable living quarters. A couple of quibbles: many light bulbs were burned out upon our arrival (which we replaced from the house store room supply) and the one bed that could accommodate my 6'4" height was "cratered" from what appeared to be an unsupported bed frame. Otherwise, it served our needs well for the week."
