"I have had the good fortune to rent from Amanda and Scott both last year and this year. The house is spectacular! It is decorated beautifully and the finishes are of the highest quality. It's honestly my dream home and I never want to leave. The location is spectacular. It is extremely close to the beach at the end of the road and a short drive into town. I often even walk into town for dinner (about 30 mins) and take a quick taxi back. Nantucket is wonderful place and this home is situated perfectly to take advantage of it. Amanda and Scott leave nothing unattended. Everything is sparkling clean and your needs are anticipated. For example, I was doing a load of laundry and pulled the dryer sheet out and thought where am I going to put this? I looked down and there was a small trash can just for that purpose. Sounds small, but tells you the level of detail they think of. In addition, they are extremely kind. Just one example: Scott helped me with the laborious process of taking down the soft top on my rental Jeep. We have shared laughs over wine and dinner and they are the most gracious people and super fun to be with. It feels like home but they also provide as much privacy as you want. To sum it up: It's perfect. You should go. It will be the best rental experience you ever have and a dream vacation. I will be back as often as I can!"Guest: Jen S. "Our stay in Boston at this condo was excellent. It is close to the subway stations and trolley pick up. It's right beside the State House and Boston Commons so you couldn't ask for anything better. Beacon Hill is a beautiful area and this condo was smack dab in it. Boston is a great city and we will be back and would definitely stay at this property again. Peter was a great host as well."Guest: Edie Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 8, 2014View listing
"This home was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as represented on the site (even better than expected) and had all of the amenities our large group required - including A/C a must for us! We had four adults, 3 teenage girls and 4 children between the ages of 8 and 12. The house comfortably fit all eleven of us with room to spare! Having 3 full baths and one outdoor shower was an incredible luxury given the size of our crew. There was plenty of cozy space to hang out and relax with the family. The kitchen was large and easy to work in with every possible amenity you could want. The downstairs was beautifully renovated with high ceilings that made all of the bedrooms very comfortable. The best part of this property for us was the LOCATION!! It could not have been better... the walk to town was quick and beautiful. Getting to town was so easy we let our kids walk their on their own every day. Our boys used the baseball fields right up the street to play a week long whiffle ball tournament and our favorite beach (Surfside) was a short drive with easy parking or bike ride away. We cannot say enough about this beautiful home. This may have been our best Nantucket vacation yet and in large part because of the comfort and luxuries this amazing home offered!! We would highly recommend this rental to anyone!"Guest: Allison B. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 31, 2014View listing
"We rented this home for our family and friends who flew across the country to attend our wedding in Falmouth. The home was the perfect size for twelve people. The location is perfect with an easy, short walk to the beach and close by restaurants. We even walked to Main St one evening which wasn't bad at all. We lucked out with gorgeous weather and beached it when it was only a couple days away from October. And thank goodness for the shed in the back that had beach chairs and some fun beach toys. Ken and Laura were very kind and easy to work with. We definitely want come back!"Guest: newlyweds Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 7, 2014View listing
