  • Beautiful house in the woods

"We just concluded a lovely stay at this house in the Berkshires. It was tranquil and relaxing, but had all the amenities you could want. The house itself was clean and comfortable and we were able to use the screened in porch on a warm evening. The owner provided detailed information about the house and the area. We loved exploring the towns nearby, all within a 20 minute drive. (Rawson Brook Farm in Monterey has goats for petting -- great for kids! -- and Great Barrington has all the shops and restaurants you could ever want.) All in all a lovely weekend."

  • Perfect home-base for your Berkshires adventure

"My partner and I had an amazing visit. The cottage was beautifully furnished - the kitchen in particular. Despite our busy vacation plans we carved out an evening to eat in and it was the best meal of our trip. Two great hikes nearby: Bartholomew's Cobble and Race Brook Falls. Of course Shakespeare & Co., Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood were amazing. Sheffield has a much slower pace compared to Lenox but has a Guido's and a Haven. We were happy to skip the crowds! A pleasant surprise. Highly recommended."

  • Great family getaway

"Great stay. My family enjoyed every moment from taking a walk, to creating our own artwork, to collecting our own eggs. Kids loved having their own private area upstairs (Like a clubhouse with a special staircase). Great location to see the area. Looking forward to coming back."

  • Perfect 40th Birthday Get Together

"The house was perfect for our weekend. The weather was not the best but staying inside with the fire could not have been better. Plenty of room in house to cook, eat, drink and be merry and SLEEP. Bedrooms were all they were listed as. The owner could not describe or represent the house better. A quick drive to down town for supplies but if you don't have anywhere to go staying in works too. I highly recommend this property and would love to come back in better weather."
