"The drive to the cottage was beautiful! The house was spacious and accommodated the 9 of us and 3 dogs very comfortably. Loved having the large deck and also the screened in porch for later in the evening. The private dock was wonderful for lounging and swimming. Definitely recommend the location and plan on going back next year myself!"Guest: Brit Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 17, 2014View listing
"The perfect spot for a few days to relax with our family after the hustle and bustle of Christmas. Cozy, clean and well-appointed. Very convenient location for exploring the nearby towns."Guest: GC Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: November 1, 2014View listing
"The house was perfect for our group of 6 who stayed for 4 nights over the 4th of July weekend. We had tickets for James Taylor and for the BSO at Tanglewood. We loved the decor, the great dinnerware and glassware, the location (so close to Tanglewood!), and the outdoor spaces. We used the deck and the screened porch constantly. It was nice to have a big recycling barrel. We did not need to use the a/c, tho it would have been good on a hot/humid day. In addition, the house was within walking distance of The Mount (Edith Wharton's house and grounds) and very convenient to Lenox, Lee and Stockbridge. Susan, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful."Guest: Donna P. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 11, 2014View listing
"We really enjoyed this charming old house in the deep woods of the Berkshires. We arrived late on a Friday night and Michael had a fire ready to be lit, so cozy and warm. The place was clean and comfortable with an ideal location to hiking and cute little New England towns. Of course the leaves were just beautiful. Ate at the Prairie Whale in Great Barrington and it was excellent, also the brewery had good food. I would recommend this property, it was great!"Guest: Fargo birds Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 21, 2014View listing
