"We are a group of 11-14 women and fell in love with the Crocker Tavern. With all those ladies the number of bathrooms is very important !!! No problem here (last home only had two). The bedrooms are all very large and comfortable. The yard is beautiful, we ate lunch out on the patio enjoying the sun. The barn is wonderful for rug hooking, dancing etc etc. walking to town is a breeze, Oz is a wonderful and charming boutique. The beach and whale watching cruises are just around the corner. We hope to come back in May and again in Sept."Guest: Karen C. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 10, 2014View listing
"My husband and i came from New York stayed for Columbus weekend. Even though Cape Cod is more in season for summer, there was still so much to do and not enough time. We LOVED the Cottage, it was VERY clean, well kept, organized and the decor inside was amazing (Well done Eva). We felt at home as soon as we walked in, and we had Brownies waiting for us from Eva :) The location was great, we were close to everything. I would recommend this cottage to anyone going to Cape Cod."Guest: Inna & Rich Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 15, 2014View listing
"This was a fantastic place for us to vacation on the Cape. I brought my son's family with me, so we had 3 adults and two teens and a 10yr. old. This house had great space for all of us. The décor was in a tasteful beach theme. The kitchen was fully stocked with the things you would need to cook great meals. My sister lives in Cotuit, so it was easy to get to and from for visits. We enjoyed a walk down Scudder Lane to the beach Sunday followed by trip to Barnstable, a wonderful quaint village. We went out to Sampson's Island and were able to use the beach chairs the owners had available. The week was full with a Whale Watch, campfires on Sandy Neck Beach, Trip to National Seashore and P-Town, and a trip to Boston. Took in a few Cotuit Kettleers Baseball games and the Patriots training camp. This house was perfect for all our plans. The only downfall I have, was not having WIFI with everyone using the internet. Actually I wasn't able to connect to the land line, but Sturgis Library saved the day to make return reservations. Also having linens available has always been a common practice with other VRBO's. Bringing towels and bedding, etc. Was a bit of an inconvenience. Over all the experience of being in this location on the Cape and in such a nice home was wonderful! Thanks for letting us experience this great vacation home! Dana"Guest: Dana Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 15, 2014View listing
"My sister-in-law found this home early in November and we rented it over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a wonderful space to gather with extended family for a reunion weekend. Lovely views from everywhere in the house and a nice beach for walking. The kitchen was a hit with family foodies. Would recommend this home for a crowd. Our teenagers were content to roost in the upstairs sitting area. Good location for access to shopping and sight seeing on and off the Cape. 1st floor bedroom for Grandpa with mobility challenges."Guest: Happy Sister-in-Law Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 3, 2013View listing
